The most non-customer-oriented approach. I'll talk to one client for half an hour about nothing (the manager is a girl) I'll buy from competitors, it's cheaper there, it's a pity to go further. Don't set foot in the store or on the website.

I bought the synchronizers and went straight to the shoot. But something went wrong. I had to ask the guys for help (it turned out that the batteries had failed me, and the guys even provided me with a charger, although they shouldn't have done that).
