There were no offers to try it on another paper. I paid for the cutting and printing, said goodbye, and, not hearing anything in response, went to another printing center, where they did everything right for half the money.
I understand that clients can be stupid and ignorant, but it's not so difficult to tell and show how everything is better. There is no customer orientation, which means that the client pays more here, while receiving nothing.

There are no questions about printing and prices, it was repeatedly printed, everything was fine up to a certain point.. According to the staff: there is one character there who spoiled the mood, and in general, the desire to come there again. The statements "it wasn't me who put the sheet crookedly, it's your layout that's bad", "you probably want me dead", and "because of people like you, my brain is boiling" and the refusal to help print the layout or at least explain it correctly are unlikely to please anyone. I consider this a direct disrespect to the client. Yes, also because of my inattention, I did not see the cropped text. Is it really so difficult to help fix it, to explain the nuances properly so that everything is fine?? I advise the management to at least review the personnel and have a conversation about the attitude towards customers.
