Prices are not cheap for goods (higher than in other pet stores). But everything is available.
The product selection is good, the staff is not... In order not to go in search of the right product, but immediately go to the right department, I turned to the seller who stands behind the cash register (there were no people, I would not distract), said hello, and the girl chatting on the phone did not even react to me and just went the other way... Stupor... I went to the aquarium department to buy soil, searched for a long time, not knowing which one to choose. The seller, as she stood in one place, stood there. When I asked about the selected product, the answer was meager-only this one is available... Then my gaze accidentally fell on the next shelf and the choice turned out to be more than on the one where I was looking. I chose and went to pay... Impressions, of course, are spoiled... I repeat, the store itself is good, but the staff is... nothing!... Get better.
