A great hotel. It's not the first time I've stopped here. It is convenient when I return to Moscow. To be honest, I didn't expect it when I first settled in.
The location is convenient in the city center.
My rooms have always been neatly renovated and clean. Good air conditioning, bathroom without complaints. The windows overlook the courtyard, the city is not so audible. You can get some sleep. There is an opportunity to put your clothes in order. There is a tennis table in the hall. The TVs in the rooms are old, but who needs them in 2024? The Internet is fast.
I won't say anything about breakfast. I always leave at 6 a.m., I don't have time.

The room is spacious, the hall is decorated, beautiful, the linen is clean. But... There are so many buts that I don't understand how a 3-star hotel works. The room was not completely clean, there was dust on everything, on the doors, shelves, and TV. We put one shampoo, and a small piece of soap, that's all. I rented for 4 days, during which time the room was never cleaned, the trash was not taken out, toilet paper, shampoo, gel and balm were not reported, as well as there was no paste. How's that? Can you explain how to never take out the trash from the room at least? And another disadvantage, there was no hair dryer! This is the first time I've encountered this! This is the first time I've encountered such service since I've been on a trip!

In the city center, which is very convenient. The rooms are not bad, everything works. We had one failure bed (the second one was good. The staff, unfortunately, wishes the best, neither hello, there is no politeness, but because we were only a day and asked only 2 questions about the Internet and the elevator, both times we received an answer: read everything here and the elevator is there, we generally stood it)))) and the mood has not deteriorated 😆😆😆

The hotel is in a convenient location. You can park your car in the parking lot at the entrance, there are always places. The rooms have beautiful wooden furniture. No complaints. The staff is silent and serious, as they are everywhere in Belarus. It is better not to use the restaurant at the hotel, the money is thrown away.

The sensations are mixed. The hotel
is conveniently located in the very center of the city. I booked through Ostrovok, the classification of rooms on Ostrovok and on the hotel's website differs, I will not go into details. 8 floors.
Advantages: location, friendly staff.
Cons: rusty water. The cold water was rusty at the beginning, the hot water did not try to drain. The bathroom is spacious and cool, I didn't dare take a shower. Breakfast. Rooms are not included in the price, there is another organization working in the hotel restaurant. It's fine in quality, but it's cold and somehow uncomfortable in the hall in the morning. The desire to have lunch did not arise.

Everything is fine, the hotel is clean, the room is not bad, the bed linen is new, the blanket is warm (the heating has not yet been turned on), there was even breakfast.

It's worth the money, it's clean and cozy. Of the disadvantages, the audibility of the corridor is high. Very good staff, friendly, helpful.

A good hotel. Magnetic room keys, everything you need is present in the rooms themselves, the room was clean, there are no complaints here. There is an unguarded, but free-standing parking lot behind the hotel. You can also park at the entrance. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have an inexpensive and delicious breakfast in the morning.
Dnipro is within walking distance. The embankment there is simple, but it's nice to walk along the river anyway. And the city itself is pretty.

The hotel is conveniently located in a great location. Walking distance to the railway station is 30-40 minutes, pleasant reception, EVERYTHING. The rooms are tired, the beds are small, there is no air conditioning, the showers are broken, I was in two rooms with single beds. The staff certainly tries to keep things clean.

We were unlucky, I booked a room 2 weeks in advance, 2 days before arrival they wrote to me that there was no room, there was a suite with my surcharge. The suite was not very clean, there was only one bathrobe for two and there were no hand towels. But the most fun thing is the restaurant at the hotel, the music thundered there until 2 a.m., our complaint was answered, well, we have a restaurant, and the fact that the hotel has 8 floors of tenants is bullshit. The hotel is average, but there is not much choice in Orsha. Don't set foot there anymore.

I didn't have enough heat. The battery is hot, but small for the room. But I'm a creep. So this is not an indicator) and there was an extra warm blanket in the closet

The rooms are very different from the photos, very much. We got into Grandma's repair. The TV is hissing, there are no channels. For such a price, it would be possible to make channels at least. The audibility is terrible, I could hear someone walking in the hallway, in the next room. You couldn't have breakfast properly, so you had to look for a snack in parallel. If there is a smoking room on the floor, run from this floor. There was nothing to breathe in our room. And also the renovation on the second floor . It felt like our walls were being painted.

We lived in eco-class rooms: clean, tidy. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, 3 towels. We stayed for a few days in the summer, there was not enough refrigerator in the room. We lived on the 4th floor, the refrigerator on duty on the 3rd.
And at exactly 3 a.m. the seagulls started screaming, there was no air conditioner, the heat, you couldn't close the windows, you couldn't get enough sleep.
And so the staff is attentive, the location of the hotel is excellent, there are many shops and beautiful places nearby

Not a bad hotel in the city center. A comfortable bed. Good parking. There is a nice lounge cafe nearby. A great hearty breakfast.
On the downside: it was cold in the room. I slept under two blankets, although it was not completely cold outside. The doors of the rooms are probably a little lopsided. And everyone on the floor was clapping them to close.

I stopped on the way from Moscow to rest on Lake Naroch. Not far from the M1 highway. A decent quiet hotel. Nice rooms, mattresses. Bed linen. We had a great night's sleep. Thank you.

Not a bad hotel to stay in. It's quite budget-friendly. Our room was on the fourth floor 407, the bed was normal, the TV was on, the plumbing was working, and the heat was on. There is no refrigerator, hair dryer. For me, it's a plus that there's a smoking room right on the floor. There is also a self-service room (ironing board, iron).

The rooms are clean, everything you need in the room is available and even too much: I had a two-chamber refrigerator there (by the way, low noise). The staff is polite. There is a good cafe at the hotel. But it will be possible to have lunch there only later in the evening: this is the schedule. But there is a restaurant in the same building, which is better to write about in another review. I don't want to start on a bad note, but the girl at the reception, probably works the first day, gathered a huge queue, everyone waited without understanding what she was so busy with, after a certain number of minutes, she said she was closing the shift, it was about 18:25. After rudely and reluctantly began to ask who was on the reservation, she was answered, apparently not hearing the answer, she rudely asked: Whoooo??? The look made it clear that I was not happy to see anyone here. The TV doesn't work in the room, then why it's worth it, it's not clear, the bedding is a nightmare, not white, but milky. The blanket was generally surprised, woolen and even not tucked into the duvet cover. Of the advantages: there is a kettle, everything. Food is heated in the microwave for a fee, an iron is also paid. Two out of five.

A normal hotel, a doorman at the entrance in a beautiful uniform helps with things, is polite, willingly tells about the locations of the town. Breakfast is porridge, pancakes, delicious and simple.
A full-fledged triple room, without an extra cot, but a separate bed, a large room, 2 windows, cornices and curtains are very beautiful. The view from the window is not very good, into the courtyard. A moth was flying in the room. The bathroom is tired.
The location of the hotel is top, the center is close to shops and attractions.

If you spend the night, it will do fine. Tired rooms, and the hotel itself, but everything is clean and fully corresponds to 3 stars. The elevator jumps a couple of times when stopping, don't be afraid. The restaurant has one name, there is no buffet in the morning, with 2 tables occupied, they did not come to us in 20 minutes, you cannot approach the menu yourself. And if the person in the hotel is trying, then there is no speed in sight.

Of the minuses (for some who are nostalgic for the USSR - a plus). The Vityaz TV with a cathode ray tube, which cannot receive a digital signal and shows "snow". Blankets from the Soviet era. However, there is an Indezit refrigerator, which froze the mineral water into ice by midnight. In general, I liked everything!
