We celebrated our birthday in this institution a few days ago on the advice of friends. We were pleasantly surprised. Reasonable prices, very tasty,pleasant atmosphere,DJ and staff service are beyond praise. I would also like to express my gratitude to the administrator for helping me choose the banquet table menu. I definitely recommend it to everyone and we will come more than once!

We visited the Grad bar this evening. We would like to express our gratitude to the entire team, starting from the friendly bartender Tatiana, who greets us with a smile. She will always help you make a choice.
The receptionist Tatiana went to meet us, when the room was crowded, they brought and put a table for us together with a young waitress. The kitchen was on a high level. We were satisfied with the evening, taking into account the democratic prices.

We went to leave a review, and we were a little stunned. What kind of people do you have in the city?
We have been through your city many times, so we have lunch in different places!
This time, at the bookstore, we were prompted to go to the Grad bar.(very tasty and inexpensive)
As it turned out, this is a restaurant, and yes, it's not expensive for a restaurant!
For 3 people, it cost us about 30 rubles, but this is together with dessert. Their curd sticks are just a fig!
The atmosphere itself was calm, pleasant music was playing. The bartender greeted me with a smile. I offered to choose places (there are several halls).
The interior is interesting, like in a castle)).
It was all very tasty! Many thanks to the staff for the preparation and service! Keep the brand!

I have lunch there almost every day

The food is delicious
But not cheap. But as the proverb says, "good things don't come cheap." So if we take the price-quality ratio, then the prices are quite acceptable
Minus, sometimes there is a long queue (there are many people who want to have lunch there)

The food is served as in canteens, without any creativity.
The staff is polite.
The service is good.

We celebrated the wedding, we were disappointed. A presenter was ordered. And we were sitting in a separate room, people from the other 2 halls came in without permission, danced and provoked us. The administration practically did not react. We were disappointed with this institution.

For the canteen norms, and for the BAR? It's still a canteen. Caesar was brought with sunflower oil!!!
All dishes, without exception, are decorated with ketchup (if dessert was brought with ketchup, I wouldn't be surprised)
The meat plate is decorated with pekinki cores, it's a pity I didn't take a photo =(

I visited this institution in December for a New Year's corporate party. The food was cold. New Year's Santa Claus stayed for 15 minutes. The only advantage is the music that the DJ put on.

I want to leave a review about this institution. On September 2, at 21 o'clock, we came to this restaurant. They refused to put a table for 3 people in the hall itself, saying that there was special service. We asked politely and it could be done. But the rude young waitress said she wouldn't serve us.
It was a ruined evening. Such an attitude is not acceptable! Very disappointed with the establishment!

A table for 10 people was booked 1.5 months before the event. According to the administrator, the minimum cost of the order per person was 65 bel. rub., the table was reserved in the common room. Periodically, the administrator called back to clarify whether our order was valid.
3 days before the event, I arrived to coordinate the menu and make an advance payment for the banquet. I deposited the required amount, the cash receipt was not issued (!). It was also announced that the minimum cost of the order per person increased to 75-80 BEL.rub. This statement surprised us, because we were set up for a different amount, but agreed to the terms. During the conversation, the administrator tactlessly talked, pointing out that if something does not suit, then "you can relax at home for 65 bel. rubles" and "with such orders as yours, we have a small salary."
The next day, I called again to confirm the order and clarify the table location. The receptionist rudely replied that since the prepayment was made late, the table remained only in the bar or in the corridor. No one warned that the location of the table depends on the timing of the prepayment, we could bring the required amount any day.
The pre-holiday mood was ruined. We refused the table, the prepayment was returned to us. It is worth reminding the staff of this institution, and in particular the administrator, that an attentive and friendly attitude to the client is the key to good revenue from the institution. Of course, we will no longer use the services of the Grad institution.
