We stayed at this hotel in early June. A nice hotel with a beautiful and well-maintained territory. The water park is gorgeous. Active animation for children and adults. The children's club is new and renovated. Animator Tatiana is generally super! The kids were happy to go to the club. It is very convenient that after the mini disco the club is open until 23.00, while there are shows and a disco for adults, the children are busy. We liked the food, there was a choice of dishes and many food outlets on site + a point on the beach. After the renovation, the furniture on the territory was pleasantly updated, in the main restaurant, the reception was updated, but unfortunately the rooms were renovated very badly. For this, I took off the star and the cleaning of the room suffers, you need to constantly remind them to clean up. The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Overall, we have a good impression. For a 4-year-old, everything is very worthy.

The hotel is great. The bartenders are gorgeous, there is a lot of different, delicious food. The pool is a bit cool, but it's not critical. There are two water parks, one for children and one for adults, and the slides are good. Several bars, including on the beach, there are not only drinks in the bars, but also food, we almost did not go to the restaurant for lunch, we ate at the beach bar. There are various programs in the evening. A kids' club with a huge number of games, even the consoles are fresh, there is also a sleep room for children. In the children's club, the child can be left alone, he will be supervised and will not go anywhere for sure, since the staff only open the doors to adults. The only downside is that the club ends its work earlier than the adult show ends. There are a lot of sun loungers on the beach, there is always a place, but especially gifted visitors take their places with towels in the morning, and come only after lunch. You need to walk a little to the beach, but it's not scary, but on the ground, and not in an underground passage, as in some hotels. The seals on site are clean and well-fed)) The staff is very friendly, especially to children, many of them can speak and understand Russian. There are many other hotels around the hotel, there is a shopping street nearby, not an industrial zone. Great view of the mountains. I haven't tried the spa, it's not interesting. Beach towels can be changed at least several times a day. There is a gym, there are not many simulators, but there will be enough for the duration of the vacation. There is a lawn tennis court and a table tennis table (rackets and balls are available). Cons: rooms are poorly cleaned. It's scary to look under the beds at all.

We were in September 2023 with my wife, daughter and son-in-law. This is our third visit to the hotel. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, clean, well-groomed. Lots of colors. The rooms are not new, but quite decent. Our balcony overlooked the territory of the neighboring Karmir Hotel. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains and partly of the sea. Upon check-in, it was nice to receive a welcome compliment from the hotel: a bottle of wine and fruit. Cleaning every day, change of towels too. Separate rental of beach towels, which is very convenient. The hotel staff is polite, friendly and always ready to help. We are especially grateful to the head of the placement service. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the water in September was very warm and clean. Lots of fish. There is a buffet on the beach with free alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ice cream. The food is varied, but sometimes the dishes come across more spicy than we would like. Lots of fruits, sweets. Perhaps the only drawback is the loud music from the Karmir Hotel. In general, we are very satisfied with the rest and are ready to recommend this hotel.
