I am extremely outraged by the actions of the staff of the department of textiles, fabrics, carpets. 11.12.2022 I was in GUM, I made purchases a set of bed linen 2-bedroom Luxonia and 1m costume fabric imitation of artificial leather, I paid with a certificate for 50 rubles and 20 rubles. I paid for the rest with a check 556740 card. Counting on the professionalism and humanity of the staff, I did not pay attention to the receipt. I got the same product (costume fabric) punched twice , and this is the amount of 30 rubles. 24 kopecks. And even more outraged was the act of the woman who gave out the fabric, she looked at the receipt and saw that the fabric was punched twice and did not say a word. I discovered this only when I arrived home.... but I did not go back because I had no free time. Because of the behavior of the staff, I felt a huge negative towards the store.... there are simply no words. There is no desire to visit GUM. I would like to draw the attention of all customers to be careful you cannot trust employees......
