Tech support is very strange.. in simple tasks, of course, they will help and generally acceptably quickly (but you will have to wait and press additional ones on the phone), but something more complicated is better not to trust. Several times during the interaction experience, they simply put down working systems with their actions, although I warned in advance about some features. They just ignore them.

The mail is working, in the sense of the organization's sales department. The support service of this third-party resource does not have a phone number. Write letters. THE STONE AGE!!!! Compose. And silence..... And you have to work. I came across a HOSTER a few years ago. We bought a domain from them (another organization) in the BY domain zone. Therefore, we can say that the solution to the problem was on the surface.... Called. He told me about the problem. The mail was somehow configured. Thanks!!! The company continued to work. And suddenly, before the New Year 2025, history repeats itself. There is no mail. On the same third-party resource. By the way, my letter to the support service of a third-party resource was answered about 1.5 years after it was written. "The puzzles are complete"! We knew we couldn't go on like this!!! That's why we paid for a new domain name and a corporate mail package. The mail was set up immediately. The guys helped! THANKS again!!!!
And the site (the old domain name) was redirected from the new domain name. While. In the future, we will organize everything "as they taught in school."
