I visit Batumi periodically on business. This hotel is the best by all criteria: - convenient location (near both the park and the sea) - homely rooms : everything is clean, the room has absolutely everything. - everything is thought out to the smallest detail, even the mugs with the symbols of the hotel - a wonderful breakfast - and the staff are professionals with a capital letter! Starting from the receptionist at the reception! They are very responsive and always do everything for 1000 percent of everything in their power, so that the rest at the hotel would be the best! And the other day I left my passport at the hotel (the first time this happened) and already left 300 kilometers away. As soon as the manager found out that I had left my passport, he immediately called and offered to send my passport with the nearest driver to a city convenient for me. I organized everything myself, found a driver, and all the time until I got my passport, he was in touch with both me and the driver and coordinated the whole process. Thank you very much! You are the best! Always only to you!!! I highly recommend it!

I've posted a review on Google and I'll be happy to repeat it here. Two adults and two children (4 and 7 years old) went on vacation with their family. They decided to refuse the services of the travel agency, since Kazakhstan has a visa-free regime with Georgia. I searched for the hotel through booking, the criteria were as follows: there should be a small, quiet, homely hotel next to the beach. The hotel park is completely suitable. Nearby there is a magnificent park with a catamaran lake and a mini zoo. At the end of the park there is a dolphinarium and a small aquarium. There is a good cafe opposite the hotel. The beach is less than 10 minutes away on foot. The hotel itself is very cozy, there is a small terrace. The rooms are clean. The family room that we ordered was perfect for us. The service of the hotel is very close to 4 stars. Excursions can be booked at the hotel at very reasonable prices. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the owner of the hotel, George, thanks to you and your hotel, I want to return to Batumi again and again. I wish your hotel to always remain so clean, cozy and at the highest level! I also want to thank all the staff for the timely cleaning of the room, for the excellent breakfasts and the driver who carefully met our whole family at the airport! We really liked the hotel. Conveniently located. When we were in the car, we always found a parking place. I liked the breakfasts. Once I mentioned a toaster and they brought it right away. The room had everything you needed. There are many cafes, restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. We recommend the hotel.

A magnificent little hotel almost in the center of Batumi. The rooms are spacious, clean, with new furniture. Very friendly staff. The owner of the hotel, George, is a very hospitable and helpful person. A decent hotel that you want to return to.

We stayed at this hotel in June and were very satisfied. Mini-hotel, small, cozy, clean! The city center, the sea is nearby. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need, and it is very pleasant to sit on the terrace. The breakfasts are very good. The owners are always ready to help. I recommend the hotel. Comfortable room, very clean and tidy, excellent shower. We were met at the train station and taken to the hotel, although this was not even included in the reservation. The staff is super polite and very professional. Breakfast is from 9 to 11, basic, but very hearty and delicious. Everything was 5 out of 5.

A good mini-hotel with a good repair. The host George is very hospitable and will always help / prompt. The sea is 500 meters away - it is easy to overcome on foot, because the road is gentle. Parking around the hotel or by arrangement inside in the courtyard. I recommend.

A great hotel. Friendly hosts, good room stock and delicious breakfast. Parking is around the corner of the house, on the next street. Sometimes noise from a nearby park can interfere with sleep.
