Everything is perfectly clean and sterile - it is very important to me! The interior is stunning - very spacious, modern and at the same time cozy. And it's really comfortable here, you come and relax with a cup of coffee and a good movie. The quality of services is excellent and the prices are very affordable! Everything is fast and high-quality, all the cilia are one to one. Nails are worn without chipping until they grow back, especially Victoria umnichka, everything is always great.
The coating lasts for a month, it has been personally checked. In general, I am completely delighted. The receptionist is very polite, always offers coffee/ tea, which is incredibly pleasing.

Hello! I did a French manicure on 14.07 from Julia's top master, on 28.07 the gel (or gel polish) broke off, on 29.07 they wrote to another master to alter the nail and additionally repaired the tip of the large nail, i.e. they smeared it with white and covered it with a base, the master filed the nails a little, justifying that it would look better. When I came home and examined my nails, I just fell into a sediment, I have never had a manicure so badly. The master filed the nails unevenly, the tip of the nail that was repaired was made poorly. I am attaching a photo. I will not come to this salon anymore 🤦♀️🤦♀️

The masters have become a decisive factor in the attitude towards the client. A salon where you can come and wait for an HOUR, and as it turned out, after 2 years (they probably record everything) you also had to NOT SWEAR, but be grateful and RESPECT everyone around you. And as a result, after a short conversation on the phone with the head of the salon (on a completely different issue), I realized that I was NOT important, NOT necessary. It's very unpleasant. And no matter how good a master serves us (and there are 4 of us from the family, for a second), there is no way to go where customers are not appreciated. Today they smile at you, tomorrow they DISCUSS it BEHIND your BACK, and in a year or two or three they will pretend that you are nobody at all.

As I understand it, there are two hairdressing salons - VIP (large and beautiful) and standard (small). Beautiful tea and coffee are served in the VIP room. But not in the "standard" hall. I don't understand the rave reviews - is it really pleasant for you?? A strange division of society for a small difference in the price of a service. I signed up for a facial, a haircut, then planned a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. And after all this, am I a "standard" customer who shouldn't be offered tea?? Do you also rate clients by their appearance or by their clothes?
