A great place in the forest, near the Isloch river. You can have a wonderful time, like a couple of hours, or a couple of weeks. There are many types of active and relaxing recreation: bicycles, tubing, trampolines, climbing wall, massage room, spa treatments, swimming pool with hammam and sauna. A restaurant with adequate prices and delicious food, good service! The rooms are decent. Of the disadvantages, only the sound from the nearby highway.

- I booked a gazebo. When I wanted to choose which one I wanted. The receptionist said that all the gazebos were already occupied and that only gazebo number 3 remained. When we came to roast kebabs, 13 people were celebrating the second wedding day in gazebo number 2. I repeat, 13!! a person in a gazebo designed for 8 people. It is not difficult to imagine guests who drink for the second day. And instead of silence and birdsong, we had to listen bitterly.. One, two, three.. "and all this nonsense. Moreover, they constantly ran back and forth past our gazebo and yelled.
Because the receptionist told me that all the gazebos were booked, I did not go to change anything. We had to quickly fry the kebabs. In a hurry to eat. And escape without getting the booked time to the end. Because it was not possible to be there.
And the most annoying thing is that while we were frying kebabs. And after the kebabs, when we walked, all the gazebos were empty. How is it?
When I handed over the key. I told the administrator that there were 13 people in the gazebo for 8 people. To which she replied: "Maybe we don't count."
Is this a normal response?
It's too bad you don't think so. If you book a gazebo, the wedding is on the second day. It's not hard to guess that there won't be 8 people there. And you can imagine how these people will walk. Therefore, you can provide them with a gazebo away from everyone. Since none of the vacationers wants to witness a drunken noisy party.
A big minus for both the first and second administrator. They don't know how to work. The key was given/taken away and they don't care about anything else.
If the receptionist had reacted to my remark that there were 13 people in the gazebo. I wouldn't even write this review. But this kind of work by administrators is no good. You need to learn how to take care of guests, resolve conflicts, and correct mistakes. And not to let everything take its course.

Of the cons: it was unpleasant that there were literally 5-6 sunbeds in the spa near the pool, and 15 people at the session. That is, whoever managed to do it, and the slippers. The massage therapist girl is some kind of nightmare, I didn't want to swear because we came to rest, not to make scandals. A person is constantly on the phone, can afford to put his phone on you during the session. And it is unclear whether she is texting with someone, or watching the movements. He goes to collect oil, disappears for a minute. He thinks about the phone and instead of massage movements just freezes. For a moment, it costs 80 rubles per person, not 20. As a result, the pleasure of massage is 0. The husband was massaged by a man, there are no complaints about him.

Turkish hammam is a typical hammam for Russians, not Turkish: there is little steam, high temperature. In a Russian steam room, you should put something on the floor - bare tiles burn your feet. In the pool, if you are lucky with the neighbors, it is good. And if you have two families with children with you, then it's a pleasure.
The numbers are fine. But total black curtains are needed. In the morning, from the east side, even with the curtains closed, it becomes very bright with the first rays of the sun. And the doors should be put in normal ones. What is standing is not protected from noise or light from the corridor. You can hear everything that happens in the house. Every time the doors open, the door to the room starts knocking. And if you are unlucky, and children without parents are raging in the next room until one o'clock in the morning, then you will not have to sleep. And if someone just comes back to the room on the floor at night, it will most likely wake you up. On the third floor in the room, you can clearly hear that people entered the house below.
If a separate house, an aquazone is just for you, then good.

This is a great place! We would have 8 nights. We had a family room. Every day the water complex includes a spa pool and hammam with sauna (1.5 hours). We took an additional massage. The territory is very large, pine trees. Select squirrels, owls, woodpeckers and a woodpecker chicken. volleyball court, gazebos with barbecue grills. Meals on site at the spa hotel in the restaurant. If you stay at the hotel for more than 4 days, you can choose a set menu or a menu of author's cuisine. Great breakfasts, delicious lunches, dinners. During this time, we gained strength, rested, and slept well. We returned to Moscow full of strength and energy. You can rent badminton, bicycles, etc. I recommend this place as a 10 out of 10. I think we will come here more than once.

We had a rest with my husband and one-year-old child on the night from Saturday to Sunday (13-14.08). What I want to say...
first of all, the area is very clean, well maintained and beautiful.
Secondly, the rooms are good, but the sound insulation is almost at zero. We had 3 rooms on the floor and whenever our neighbors came home, in addition to the audibility, our door was shaking. I think that the neighbors were also very "happy" when our baby cried.
Thirdly, just after arriving and going to the reception, the girl gave out the key and minted everything so quickly, telling the rules and nuances that I only had time to blink. There is definitely no individual approach here, no concern for the client either. Believe me, I know what I'm talking about. This implies 👇
Fourth, when booking a room, I looked at when and where the banquet was planned (there was a wedding) and, according to the website, this in no way prevents everyone else from having a rest. But, as it turned out, this is pure deception. After all, it is not possible to close the window because of the heat, and with the window open you are yourself at this wedding and dancing with everyone. Everything would be fine, but having a small child... He could hardly sleep.
Fifthly, when we came to dinner, we were informed that all the waiters and cooks were at that very wedding and therefore we would have to wait more than an hour. We didn't have any options. But even those waiters who were absolutely not literate and not polite. In front of me, one of them replied to the visitor that he did not know which products contained gluten and therefore "read the menu and place an order." They didn't even try to "turn on the second (at least) gear," despite the fact that it was just us and another family.
Sixth, at breakfast I had to wait 40 minutes for it to be cooked. This is despite the fact that the hall was (again) empty. We have already come to terms with this. We wanted to order an additional one.breakfast (the price includes 1 breakfast per person), we agreed to pay for it but... all breakfasts include coffee/tea and a croissant. They brought us only the breakfast itself (cheesecakes), we had to tell the waiter about the coffee and croissant

Good afternoon! We spent a wonderful 5 days in Isloch Park and I would like to share my impressions in hot pursuit: we stayed from July 2 to July 7, 2022. I will start in order:
1. Double Double Superior Room: a nice spacious room, two adults and a child will be more than comfortable (the child slept on an armchair that transforms into a bed, it was comfortable and free). Everything is clean, cleaned every day, everyone had a set of towels and bed linen. The Windows overlook two sides, some of them have a view of the coniferous forest directly from the bed (it's nice to wake up like this), excellent sound insulation, you didn't hear the neighbors at all). Of the cons: we got into 30+ heat and the first two days without air conditioning and fan it was stuffy on the 3rd floor even with the windows open. And it would also be nice to update the drinking water every day, not just on arrival. There are no shops on site and within walking distance, so you need to think about the issue of food and water supplies in advance.
2. Meals: great breakfast menus, photos attached) really restaurant dishes, fresh croissants and great coffee! For me, it's such a great idea, you eat one really tasty and satisfying dish and a croissant, and you don't pick up all sorts of stuff on the buffet)) I would only add a portion of butter to the croissants (unfortunately it was impossible to order it, since it was not on the menu) and berry sauce or jam (it was ordered separately each time) and then it would be just perfect! The only disadvantage for us was that they are from 9 a.m. and it's a little late for us) the child wakes up at 7)), and we like to get up early, we would like to move it at least to 8 a.m.
3. I would like to mention separately the restaurant of the author's cuisine (in fact, he is the only one there), where we had lunch and dinner. It was just the discovery of this journey! I never thought that a hotel restaurant could be so delicious and professional and at the same time for a reasonable price! We tried half the menu there and were just delighted! A good place if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and a lot of people. Nature, fresh air, delicious food. The restaurant was very pleased - the portions are large, the selection is excellent, sooo delicious. Despite the fact that I have medical restrictions on nutrition, there were no problems with the choice of dishes - the entire composition is written on the menu and the waiters will always tell you. There was only one time when the dishes were waited for more than half an hour, otherwise they were served within 10-15 minutes. The whole service is at a good level. We didn't try the spa - we left it for the next time. We will definitely come again.

The horror is complete. Everything is provided for local residents, there are no places anywhere for visitors and those who have booked rooms!!! You need to book everything a month in advance, if not earlier. We were there at the end of April, on the first day I wanted to leave, not to have lunch, not to fry a barbecue in the gazebo, we couldn't do ANYTHING, since everything was occupied by the local population. The only thing we managed to have dinner was to book a table for the evening with a scandal. The cuisine is original, excellent, very tasty!!!! We will never come again. Just A HUGE THANK YOU to the restaurant staff and separately to the chef. Otherwise, I do not recommend the place for rest. If someone is planning to have a romantic party there, I doubly do not recommend it, small children are crying everywhere. The service is so-so. It's not worth the money.

I am writing an objective review about this pseudo-hotel park. We lived together in a deluxe apartment. A really big room, with an extremely small bed, yes.. fireplace... yes, the sauna ( for some reason it can only be turned on remotely and only for three hours ) is nonsense ... bath lovers will understand. Let's start with the kitchen area... three plates , three glasses and two cups ... forks and knives are also three in number ... all... There is no microwave or stove ... the whole kitchen consists of 9 empty drawers, what they are for is not clear at all. Slippers in the room!!!! I pay attention!!! Paid !! It's hilarious. There is no security who wants to come in. Breakfast restaurant , if you did not order in advance to wait an hour , God bless the reviews , you began to order in the evening , you planned to leave early at 8 a.m. , it turned out that the restaurant is from 9 , God forbid we will have breakfast by 11. We agreed to order breakfast in the evening in the room ( it 's not clear how to warm it all up , of course , but figs with it ) I had to go after him myself ... there is no room service. Moreover, the prices in Moscow are not cheap at all. The attitude.... well, so-so as if they should... the territory is large (relatively) but stupid... There 's nothing to do at all ... summer gazebos with mangalas .. but I think the barbecue can be fried closer somewhere. I'll go back to the restaurant... the menu is meager and expensive ... There's always something missing. The room was paid for 3 nights 27 k ... not cheap. The people are all sitting by the numbers ... what is the fun of the trip is not clear. 1. There is no phone in the room. Therefore, if you have any questions, problems or there will be no Internet and TV, you will have to pack up and go to the reception building, where you will run into closed doors. (But problems arise not only from 10 to 22)
2. The kitchen is open until 22:00, and the restaurant itself until 23:00. But no one will tell you that orders are accepted only until 21:30. And if you come according to urban habit at 21-45, you will receive a complete refusal. The author's kitchen is tired and going home
3. The same goes for breakfast. It's probably a very convenient time from 9 to 11. But if you come at 11-03, then free breakfasts will also be unavailable for you. At the same time, if you suddenly manage to come earlier, in any case, the waiters will not bring you breakfast earlier than 45 minutes later
This is all amazing, since there is no classic booking with free cancellation. The money is immediately debited from the card. And probably the administration should know how many guests are staying and what is the load on the restaurant
4. If you suddenly want a light snack and cookies for tea, then this is a great reason to go to neighboring Rakov, since there is absolutely no vending machine on the territory. And in the bar there is only alcohol and a slice of lemon if the bartender likes you.
5. Also generally apply to a water-filled room called a SPA. Formally, light smoke and thin trickles of water can be attributed to non-standard procedures, in this case I would prefer to pour myself out of a glass. The effect would be the same

We've known this place for a long time.
We like to go there with a child and take a walk, and go to a restaurant.
Today was my wedding anniversary with my husband. We were booked for spa treatments. In front of them, the court broke off from work on purpose, and decided to go to a restaurant for lunch.
Only 5 people were employed in the entire restaurant!!! tables. We ordered a dish, specified the cooking time before ordering, said 30 minutes.
We arrived with a small reserve before the spa, the first was the pool and we decided that we would be late for 10-15 minutes, it's okay.
After 40 minutes, we called our waitress, and clarified when it would be ready.... She said 10 minutes later.... I remind you that only 5-6 tables are occupied in the restaurant!!!
After another 20 minutes we got up and left……
An hour!!!! An hour!!!!! Cook the dish.
I cook halibut myself..... he is preparing elementary and fast...... an hour!!!!!
When we came up and said we were leaving.... Oh, a miracle, our dishes were finally ready..... Minas offered to take them with them and warm them up later at home!!!!
No apologies, nothing.....
There were only 2 waitresses in the hall, they were very busy to smile, and come up and say that the cooking time was delayed....
The mood was ruined, and we didn't even stay at the spa.... Such disregard, disrespect....
I am very patient, my husband is just a storehouse of peace, but today they angered both me and him.
That's how we celebrated our wedding anniversary....
