The operator girl threw the driver's phone to me and that's it. And all I had to say was that if you want to get home, then pay extra. I had to carry this mattress haphazardly on the roof of a passenger car with duct tape. And they took almost 5,000 rubles for its delivery from Ussuriysk - only 100 km. I called them 10 times. Tell me right away how much it costs to get home and that's it. The heads of this logistics company pay attention to this situation.
We sent the cargo to the customer in the region of this transport company at his request, since he refused the one we checked. They tried to convince the client to use the transport system we tested, but in pursuit of cheapness, the customer used Jet Logistics, which eventually damaged the cargo. But no, my cargo arrived at the warehouse two days earlier than it was announced, 2900 tenge went from Uralsk to Almaty. And in the package there was a hood from a passenger car, a grille and fasteners to it. So it was an ideal option for me, a taxi was requested for 25,000 tenge.
