We visited the cafe on August 12 at 19 00 on the day of the 800th Nesvizh .At the entrance to the cafe, the administrator Elena (like that was her name), said in a rude tone "there are no places ", although our one family came in a little earlier and took a table.There were 3 of us families with children . The receptionist came up to the table and said that it was reserved, although there was no sign. To the question "for what time?"..She couldn 't answer and went to clarify .As a result , it turned out that the table was empty . For two hours, the tables were also free.A family was vacationing nearby and shared with us that they had the same thing , since they came with children . It is not clear why this attitude towards children? The cafe also has a children's menu and pencils for children. As for the cafe itself, it is beautiful, atmospheric, the food is delicious, we have been waiting for a long time, but due to the workload, there are no complaints..
The complaint is not the polite, rude service of the administrator himself! Management, pay attention to this!

I love the city of Nesvizh and always discover new places for myself. This time the choice fell on cafe Nesvizh, as they highly recommended the cuisine there, and the occasion was a great holiday for me. Writing on Instagram , they answered me quickly , although without any rules of correspondence . And now the day has come , I had a pre-order only for soups . We ordered another set of tinctures and mojitos for about 15 minutes. Then the soup plates were taken away and we were left without plates until I got up and asked for plates . The snacks and everything we ordered had dirty dishes all evening .
Here, of course, I was very disappointed, Nesvizh does not want to study service in any way.
The dessert sphere lifted the mood, it was delicious and beautiful, but again, while I was pouring chocolate over the sphere, I had to hold a dirty plate in my right hand that was never removed (a beautiful photo did not come out)
I wish the director of this institution to train the staff in service and we will be a straight super institution))

To be honest, the place is terrible. It's not that the waiters don't know how to smile, they have faces like old grymz. They don't make cappuccino for breakfast, despite the fact that the coffee machine is quite normal. So the waitress, instead of somehow explaining and smoothing out the situation, was stupidly rude, and earned a review in the complaint book. The dishes are cleaned only when everyone has left the table, the crown seems to interfere with work. Anyway, it was a horror.

There was a salad of 4 pieces, tea, a set of tinctures, draniki, baked fish, whiskey 200 gr.
The tinctures are delicious, but the fat on the cartilage was not checked out.
All the food was fresh and delicious. Draniki are very fried, keep in mind. Also with bacon with garlic sauce.

The only thing that confused me was that the poached egg was cold and there was a pancake with bacon on top. The coffee was bitter, it was not very pleasant to drink. It's a terrible place. If you have a lot of time, you don't know where to spend it, if you want to sit in the stuffy air and breathe the smells of the kitchen, then this is definitely here.
We ordered two desserts in total, but waited - as if they were baking fish for us. The coffee had cooled down during this time, and the desserts were like that - and it wasn't worth waiting for. Black panna - it is impossible to eat, it would also be better not to eat waffles and not wait. I can't say anything about the main dishes, but it's obviously even longer to wait for them, and it's a pity to waste time on such a thing. And all the clothes smelled of their kitchen, ugh!

They cook very tasty in this cafe, I liked everything. We got there by chance, we were looking for a place to have lunch, and we were lucky that we found a table here. People came in after us, but there were no more seats. This has often been observed in Belarus. In terms of taste, the food turned out to be higher than in some places where they specifically sought and booked in advance. The cafe has a rather pleasant interior, there are no complaints about the staff. Perhaps one of the best cafes that we visited in Belarus.
