As it happens in reality: the order is accepted, the delivery time is agreed. On the day of delivery, a call allegedly broke down the car, let's reschedule it for three! of the day. OK, we agree. A day later, another call - there is no product (4 types), everything has been sold to other customers. The question is, what was in the broken-down car and where did it go? Who canceled the order? At the same time, the product is still available on the website. There is no clear answer, no solution is proposed.
