We ordered the lid, based on the words of the seller, the cost of the lid is 71 rubles. We bought Nottingham ceramic tile for the house and I want to write a review so that others do not make this mistake. We bought 65 squares of tiles, put some on the balcony and realized that this was a disaster. The whole tile is curved, the edges are all different convex and convex. Immediately we thought that the tiler was crooked, we invited two others for consultation and they all said that it was impossible to put this tile beautifully, since all its edges were curved. As a result, when laying, the gaps in the seams are all different from 1 mm to 4 mm. If we have already resigned ourselves to the balcony, she remained lying there, then we did not want to put the remaining 53 squares into the house. We turned to the store for a refund, where for the second week they have been shaking our nerves and claiming that this tile is made according to GOST standards and everything is fine.
Another disadvantage is that the tile is very rough in texture, it is difficult to wash it and it is not pleasant to walk on it.
This tile is suitable only for some technical rooms, but neither for houses and apartments. And of course it would be fair if the seller immediately stated this, and did not give us this Go ... oh

The second time we came to choose a tile with my mother, we needed a lot of tiles. The consultant guy helped with the selection, showed how it would look in the program, in general, everything was great.
Until the moment when the subject of delivery was raised. It's more a claim against the company itself than against the store. Up to a certain amount, delivery is paid, and if more is free. But the delivery is to the entrance. And bring it to the floor yourself, as you want, if you want, pull weights with your mother, or ask local drunks for a bottle (that's what your employee told us). By the way, the weight of the tile in our order was more than 1 ton. And how do you imagine it? The fact that we were in shock is not to say anything. Of course, I would like the management to think through this issue, especially with your prices.

Unfortunately, we have to periodically order products from Keramin as a legal entity. Absolutely every interaction is a complete bottom: not a single order was complete without a jamb (availability, delivery, deadlines). The service is zero, there are constant issues with availability. No one will even think of apologizing for their joints. Apparently, this is the corporate culture.
In addition, the quality of the products leaves much to be desired (curved tiles, defective, etc.).

They gave out a ticket, announced to go to the designer 5, I had to go around the entire 1st floor - I don't find this! They helped, I found it, it turned out to be a bored boy who gave me a ticket. Was it difficult to say come with me here?
Further, the selected tile was discontinued, there was no note about it on the full-fledged stand! What's the point of working like this?

We bought a ceramic tile for the bathroom. One tile from the entire batch was of a different tone and, as luck would have it, lay in the most prominent place. We toured all the warehouses that had tiles of this model and this tone, but it was all different. The most interesting thing is that even the tiles that the warehouse staff brought to us, in a new box, differed in tone, which they themselves noticed, after which they laughed just as cheerfully packed it and carried it to the place. So someone will be as lucky as we are. I strongly do not recommend buying this tile. I also recommend checking the tile immediately, the deliverers are in a hurry and do not want to wait until you check the tile. We were told that if there was a broken tile, it would ring when carrying it. As a result, there were a couple of broken tiles, written off as combat losses. The tile model is Edda 7D, tone 1.

I ordered a Canzone - R-7 floor tile. My order was assembled from two standard sizes (half of the order size 600 x 600 mm and half 598 x 598 mm). For the tiler, this resulted in the fact that the person could not lay the tile and withstand a smooth seam. Literally the next day, in the same batch, it was revealed that the order was assembled from two tones (tone 8 and tone 14). The tiles on the floor were different in color. I had to buy additional tiles in tone 14 and standard size H from the same collection in order to report at least in one room. The remaining tile still lies in the corner of the tone 8 and the standard size G. In addition to this, seven years ago I bought a suspended toilet from them, so out of five pieces in stock, only one turned out to be without a hole (Sink or crack).

However, I had to pick up the order from the main warehouse in Kurasovshchina. I had difficulty parking in the courtyard of the house where the shopping facility is located.
