We bought 65 squares of tiles, put some on the balcony and realized that this was a disaster. The whole tile is curved, the edges are all different convex and convex. Immediately we thought that the tiler was crooked, we invited two others for consultation and they all said that it was impossible to put this tile beautifully, since all its edges were curved. As a result, when laying, the gaps in the seams are all different from 1 mm to 4 mm. If we have already resigned ourselves to the balcony, she remained lying there, then we did not want to put the remaining 53 squares into the house. We turned to the store for a refund, where for the second week they have been shaking our nerves and claiming that this tile is made according to GOST standards and everything is fine.
Another disadvantage is that the tile is very rough in texture, it is difficult to wash it and it is not pleasant to walk on it.

I ordered a Canzone - R-7 floor tile. My order was assembled from two standard sizes (half of the order size 600 x 600 mm and half 598 x 598 mm). For the tiler, this resulted in the fact that the person could not lay the tile and withstand a smooth seam. Literally the next day, in the same batch, it was revealed that the order was assembled from two tones (tone 8 and tone 14). The tiles on the floor were different in color. I had to buy additional tiles in tone 14 and standard size H from the same collection in order to report at least in one room. The remaining tile still lies in the corner of the tone 8 and the standard size G. In addition to this, seven years ago I bought a suspended toilet from them, so out of five pieces in stock, only one turned out to be without a hole (Sink or crack).
We sold a toilet bowl with fittings that don't fit. The consultant, upon repeated request, said that according to the specification there should be Czech fittings, but they put a Russian one in which the gasket does not fit, although the necessary gaskets and Czech fittings are available at the enterprise. To get out of the situation, the consultant offered to buy suitable fittings on the spot, only for a fee. When buying, another consultant did not say anything about the fact that the fittings included in the kit would not fit during installation. Divorce.
