For example, in order to be faster and not be late for work, I order online to pick up right away. Yesterday , the order was supposed to be ready at 3:48p.m. It was delivered at 4:08 p.m. after my request 2 times and a couple of calls to technical support . As a result, it was not tasty, I was late for work. If it was possible to put 0 out of 5, then I would put this kfs, and there would be no more chances, that's enough!!!

I think, "Okay, it's fine, nothing unusual — this is a common problem in fast food." Waiting for the order: 5, 10, 15 minutes. I ask the cashier (who, seeing me, came up only after three minutes) how much longer to wait. She replies, "Your order is not ready yet," referring to the fact that they have many other orders. Let me remind you, there are 2-3 people in the hall. I think, "Okay, I'll wait a little longer." Another 10 minutes pass. As a result, they gave me two burgers 30 minutes after my order (I looked at the receipt that half an hour had passed). I take burgers, but they're half-baked. I tell the seller about this — she made a face (I can't say otherwise), took the burgers and went to change them with this unhappy face. I waited for another 10 minutes while the staff just walked around, poured themselves drinks, etc. She gave me the burgers, which were WARM. I didn't argue anymore, I was hungry, and I left. And so it is every time. I go there every week, and nothing changes. The only time in six months there was some other shift (I went from another restaurant), and they gave me an order in 2 minutes, hot, when there were a lot of other orders. All terminals were turned off for some reason. A queue gathered, but no one took orders. There were two girls on the counter who didn't pay attention to the guests at all. It was clear from them that they had their own atmosphere: a turnip with mats was playing in the institution. We stood for a couple of minutes hoping to place an order, saw their indifference, sluggishness and untidy appearance, and immediately stopped wanting to eat and give you a chance again. Another time I was alone. I took coffee, Sanders fries (like that's the name of potatoes with sauce and fried onions). I waited for 30 minutes for the order... Literally every time you go to have lunch there, you see dirt everywhere, untidy tables, garbage everywhere, trash cans clogged to the top. Toilets are not cleaned regularly, there is no soap in the dispensers. Self-service machines often do not have check paper. Well, at the checkout they will definitely forget something and will not put it in the order. Perhaps this is due to an acute shortage of staff, there may be another reason. The order was given forty minutes today!! This is generally unacceptable for this kind of institution.
