I waited for my order for 50 minutes, although there were 3 positions, one of which was cola, at first the order was hanging, what was being prepared, then what was ready, and then it disappeared altogether, after my call where my order had gone, they told me that it would be brought to me from somewhere in a minute, after that I still. I waited for 10/15 minutes. And the next day I got poisoned, I didn't go there anymore.

Disgusting!!! I made an order at this restaurant on 08/05/2024, as a result I received a dry wing, an absolute lack of attention from the girl who took out my order, and ignoring phone calls. I worked in a catering company. This was unacceptable in the restaurant where I worked! I'm not trying to pretend to be some kind of customer, since I also worked in catering, and I understand guys if small shoals occur. But this is absolutely not a small joint. I received a completely substandard product. There is no one to even approach and solve this issue, they do not take the phone, they tried to call 3 times.

I really like that all products are prepared to order - accordingly, they are always fresh and very tasty. The only drawback, as for me, is that you need to wait a bit. And I really like this KFC
