A great restaurant. I would especially like to mention the waitress Victoria, a pleasant, sociable girl who treated our company very kindly. She recommended delicious dishes, served quickly, which left a very good impression of visiting the restaurant.
It was sooo delicious. The Khinkalnya stands out strikingly from the rest of the establishments. We took assorted khinkali, khinkali with cheese and a children's menu. Everything tastes great: khinkali with beef, mushrooms, cheese. But the biggest surprise was the khinkali with mutton. It's no secret that mutton needs to be able to cook, and the cook managed to do it in the best way! The service is also very attentive. We will definitely come back here for dinner.
Great location in the city center. The prices are restaurant prices, the food is delicious, the portions are normal, the drinks are delicious. We were on the summer veranda in July 2024. I don't know, maybe there's a gym in the room, but in the summer, in the heat, it's very nice to have dinner outside. They work as fast as possible in high season.
I come here often and always left in a good mood (good service and delicious food)
But today (16.07) I was in shock. We ordered food and drinks for 7 people, drinks were not carried for 25 minutes. To my question: "Why is it taking so long?" (of the drinks we had : one glass of wine, 2 kvass and 4 glasses of beer), the administrator replied to me: "Well, actually, we have one waiter who accepts, punches and makes drinks himself. And in general, we always have a pre-order for such a number of people (7 people)." I came across this for the first time, we ordered 2 of the most common dishes and drinks that were not at all difficult to prepare. It would be very interesting if we also ordered drinks for pre-order, given that we had no complaints about the cooking time. There was also a very interesting moment when most of those who completely ate their dishes clarified how they were cooked and whether they liked everything, and when the raw wings from the promo remained on the plate, no one even asked why the guest did not finish and whether he liked it.
Smile more often and be more polite, each guest can understand the situation, but if you explain it to him, and not dodge and be rude.
As I understand it, it is better for companies with more than 4 people not to go, since pre-orders need to be made even for drinks
Everything is very tasty! The staff is very young, but well done!Alcohol is certainly not cheap, but probably like everywhere else in the city. Bravo to the chefs and the waiters, well done!Thank you very much, I really liked everything, I recommend it to everyone
We got into the two portions for the price of one promotion, a pleasant surprise. There were fears that we would have to take it with us, but we managed. The theme music and the interior match everything.
We tried khinkali for the first time, we found out that they differ in the tail according to the filling. Did you know about this? The staff knows their job, and I would like to thank them for that!
It's very tasty, the dough at the guisele with chicken was just incredible. And the music in the institution is not infuriating. In general, it is cozy and atmospheric, there is no feeling as if people are sitting on each other's heads. The waiters are polite and courteous, but you can also joke with them :)
An extremely comfortable place
The whole family had agreed in advance that we would come to lunch on the veranda. When we arrived and sat down, the receptionist politely and persistently, with passive aggression, escorted us out into the hall. The reason: it is raining, at this time it is inconvenient for waiters to carry dishes to the summer veranda, raindrops will fall.
Really? There are at most 5 steps from the exit with a canopy to the entrance to the veranda. Well, as a last resort, you can go out with an umbrella and a colleague, although we did not see the need. When we said the rain would stop soon, she said it was forecast to rain until evening. Spoiler: after 20 minutes, the avenue was illuminated by the rays of the sun for a long time. We flatly refused to go out and she decided to serve us, for which, of course, thanks to her.)
She also kicked out all new guests from the veranda, there were no seats in the hall, of course. Situation: dozens of people are running from the rain in the hope of taking shelter in an institution with a warm atmosphere and a glazed veranda with a roof, but they are driven back into the rain. Couples with children are running, not knowing where, smart old men, grandmothers in shawls. We were impressed.
The food was brought to us for exactly an hour, apparently this is the payment for a place on the veranda.)
There are no questions about the food, the waiter is polite, but we still did not understand the logic...
A great Georgian restaurant.
Murals on the walls, furniture, lamps and many other details immerse you in the fabulous atmosphere of Georgia.
The menu is concise and the prices are normal.
The staff is polite and courteous. We ordered a takeaway and got a 20% discount. Other promotions are also being held.
Everything is hot and sooooo delicious.
Next to M.Academy of Sciences and M.Chelyuskintsev Park, as well as public ground transport stops.
I definitely recommend it.
Well, first of all, the waiters came up for a very long time, 10-15 minutes. When they came up, I ordered everything and waited, the dishes were brought quickly enough, about 15 minutes. It was insanely delicious, I ordered a set of khinkali, kharcho, and ajas something there, pomegranate wine and compote, I gave 58 like + tea for everything, there was only a ruble and 20 kopecks in cash than I could.
I want to express my GREAT gratitude and admiration to the waitress Yana! She is very charming, uplifting with her beautiful smile. The girl is a professional in her field, knows the menu perfectly, will help you choose a dish based on your preferences. The speed of work, responsibility, customer orientation at the height! I was very pleased with the trip to this restaurant, I will definitely come back again.
I also want to praise the waiter Alexander, a very pleasant and cheerful guy :)
The food is not bad, but the receptionist (the girl with blue hair) deliberately created a conflict situation herself. I ordered a khinkali set of 7 pieces. I waited for more than an hour, didn't wait, canceled the order and left without khinkali. The receptionist gave the order for khinkali to another client, he ordered 10 servings to take away, and the fact that I did it earlier and was in the hall at a table did not bother her. Moreover, after ordering 10 servings over the phone, she told the waiters that the rest would now wait a long time for their orders in khinkali. To my question, when? they told a fairy tale about "this has never happened to us and we are surprised ourselves.".Here is such a "No-hinkery" in the hinkery.. And the apologies that were told to me are absolutely insincere, record them on your tape recorder and turn them on as needed, they will sound often and a lot with such an administrator..
So: a pre-order was made, 100% prepayment was made. Bottom line: my colleagues and I arrived on time, two salads arrived in 15 minutes, but the hot dishes (which should have been ready for our arrival) were carried for about an hour. And some kind of burger and 40 minutes later.
Separately, about the cuisine, well, according to a survey of colleagues, the barbecue and khachapuri in Adjarian style, satsebeli sauce were delicious. Everything else is just a nightmare: grilled vegetables floating in oil (this is a grill, not a deep fryer!! They should not drip oil!), ajapsandali is also all in oil, dolma is a thimble of meat wrapped in two hundred salty grape leaves, a burger is also all in oil (the bottom bun is literally wet with oil).
In general, the impression is terrible. Why was there anything to prepay and order?
And yes, we had an idea about dessert, but after waiting for the hot one, we just wanted to leave as soon as possible.
I can't say anything bad about the waiter, the pleasant interior, the music doesn't rumble (which is great), but I won't set foot in this place anymore.
And having visited Georgia, I can say that this establishment has nothing to do with their hospitality and cuisine.
My family and I really like this cozy place of Georgian cuisine!A pleasant atmosphere, non-intrusive and cultural service and very tasty dishes, a big plus is a play area for children!I recommend you to visit!
One drawback: It's too tasty and atmospheric. Because of this, it's hard to find a free table on weekends) In general, I recommend visiting the institution to all lovers of Georgian cuisine)
We celebrated the chef's birthday. Very tasty cuisine, pleasant and unobtrusive service. I was especially pleased with the QUIET background music. Very often, catering establishments sin against this and you have to "shout" all evening so that your interlocutors can hear you, but here everything turned out perfectly and I was pleasantly surprised.
Of the disadvantages, I can note the holding of 2 holidays in one room, it was noisy.
Conclusion: I can safely recommend khinkalnya to visit.
03/21/2024 celebrated its anniversary, excellent cuisine and service. Atmospheric music and interior design. The staff is very friendly and friendly, the food is brought quickly. Everything was delicious, everyone was very happy! I thank the team of "Khinkalnaya" on Independence, 87❤
Dudes, khachapuri is really tastier than in some Georgian establishments. I am writing directly from Georgia. The only thing is that Khinkali is a little not very good. But really, I ate worse in a Georgian institution now than at home. Respect to the guys
In other khinkalni, guests are greeted by waiters. Here, having entered, no one was in sight. Neither at the entrance, nor behind the counter. After a while, a woman came out and rudely explained which tables were available. The waiter immediately brought the menu, but came too early to record the order. It was agreed that the drinks would be brought immediately with the dish. The dishes were brought, but there were no drinks. After 15 minutes, nothing appeared. I had to call the waiter to bring the order myself. The overall impression is so-so. There are better khinkalni and establishments in principle
I go to different places with my family and friends...but we haven't been served for so long...the drinks were carried for 30 minutes or even longer
It is difficult to judge by the cuisine, but khinkali in the cafe "Batumi" is tastier and in Brest on Gogol Street 40 (also Khinkalnya) too ...
The prices are just crazy...especially for drinks, I have never seen such margins anywhere else...
I liked everything. The kitchen is good. I liked the black and white hats. You can wear them and eat in them. The music is Georgian. Well, it's just great! I recommend.
The food is very tasty, if there is food in the next world, then it is Georgian. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is very polite. We had a wonderful time
The room is unpleasant, there is no Georgian atmosphere, as in other establishments of the network, Russian pop music is playing, the sound is like in the dining room. The staff is polite, the dishes are delicious.
Delicious, fast, affordable. Pleasant music, relaxing atmosphere, you can sit quietly with your friends, it's edible, like at home. Fast waiters, polite and attentive.
We were here last weekend. We celebrated a birthday with our parents. On the way, everything is like in the rest of the network - delicious, hot and impossible to break away.
You can definitely come. The check for 5 people came out quite small, but they were very full =)
The staff is wonderful and attentive. I would like to thank the waiter Alexander and the waitress girl, whose name, unfortunately, I did not remember. We will definitely come back again) 🤍
A wide selection of dishes. Polite staff. The waiter is Alexander Ovsyan, a master of his craft. They didn't make you wait long for your order. Everything is delicious🔥
It's not tasty. 2 of the first 3 dishes ordered from the menu were unavailable. Khinkali should have been called "khinkalki", but for the price of KHINKALI. Unfortunately, it's not GEORGIAN at all. After a reasoned dialogue with the administrator, the girl stated:"So we have an abnormal establishment."
As always, khinkali is very tasty, but this time there was not enough broth.
The chicken is a little dry in Chmerulsky, but the sauce saves.
The waiters are polite and attentive!
This is probably the best place I've ever visited!
The service is at the highest level! Administrators and waiters create an atmosphere at home. We had a rest with the company, served by the waiter Andrey, a real professional! The most pleasant thing was a compliment from the institution, our company was treated to a cake and coffee! We will definitely come again
In general, the restaurant is good, cozy inside, not loud, as in other Khinkalni. The menu is standard for Khinkalni.
I take away one star for a long wait. The order was prepared for more than 45-50 minutes. And this is on a weekday evening.
While waiting, a couple managed to come to the next table, order dishes for themselves, wait for them and eat. And I was sitting and waiting for my order, even though it was made earlier.
It would be nice if the waiter warned in advance. But, apparently, he himself did not know that this would happen. According to him, the restaurant has just opened and not all processes have been adjusted yet.
The main thing was that it was delicious and the waiter was friendly and pleasant 😊👍
I plan to come here again in the future!
I was completely disenchanted with the last visit. The service was slow, the waiter did not pay attention for a long time, although there were not very many people. But food is just a hotel conversation. The cooler looked like dyed water, the potatoes that were served to it were with sand or earth that gritted on their teeth. Khinkali was brought cold. If you could also eat with mushrooms, then it was just disgusting with meat.
Separately, I would like to note the cleanliness of the restrooms. The toilet is littered with paper, the trash cans are full, the floor is sticky, the smell is not pleasant. Although according to the schedule on the wall, cleaning was carried out no more than an hour ago. In general, I remained enchanted, although I really like the grid itself.
It is very tasty, very satisfying, the prices do not bite. The service is just top, the waiter girl was smiling, was very friendly, had pleasant impressions, I will definitely come back.
It's better in Gomel... And there is more meat in khinkali, and the assortment is better...
Although we have one in Gomel, but it is more sincere there... You will always be told: "Gamarjoba genatsvale"!
We ordered the delivery of 2 types of hinkels, it is very inconvenient that 2 types were put in one container at once. I had to figure it out and look for where the pork is, where the beef is. It wasn't very good that they were falling apart and it was uncomfortable to eat. In general, of course, it is delicious
The atmosphere is great, cozy, pleasant unobtrusive music, the staff is polite, but what they serve under the guise of khinkali is just disguised dumplings))) for people who have never eaten real khinkali, it will probably be delicious.
All are young, inexperienced, slow. The service was waited for a long time for 40 minutes of khinkali, the meat is terribly spicy, it feels like to drown out the taste of rotten meat.
They ordered a meal, they said it was spoiled, the question is, how much does it cost there, what turned sour?
I like this place) Cozy, delicious, pleasant service) We visited several times and were very satisfied.Very tasty khinkali. And thank you for the nice gift coupon that you handed over today, as I understand it, on the occasion of February 14th, very nice))

We went to have dinner with my husband at this establishment. It was Sunday and there were quite a lot of people , but there were empty tables . No one met us at the entrance , everyone was busy .
When we entered the room , they showed us an empty table and we took it .
We ordered khinkali with beef and herbs , khinkali with lamb , cheese soup with khinkali , and a spicy meat pie . All the dishes were brought in 30-35 minutes later .
Khinkali for three , the dough is delicious , but I didn 't really like the meat inside .
Cheese soup is generally strange , I didn 't like it .
The spicy meat pie ( I don 't remember the name ) was delicious .
A beautiful place, cozy atmosphere, polite waiters, but very long service. The lunch menu (which in fact is not here, but only a discount on the main one) should be served immediately, waiting 30-40 minutes is unacceptable, because lunch does not last 2 hours. The prices are above average, the dishes are hearty.
The dishes were delicious, but khachapuri was pumped up (it was rubbery). The service was even more frustrating - even a bottle of beer had to wait for 30-40 minutes, the same amount was waiting for the receipt, which included a dish that we did not take, and the liter of beer was more than we ordered. They waited for the recount again for half an hour. It all really ruined a good impression of the kitchen. Perhaps there is not enough staff, because the waitress was very tortured.
The menu does not correspond to the items that are available, it was written in the menu that pomegranate juice is freshly squeezed, but it turned out that the juice is bottled. The question is why do I need to overpay takta money?
I ordered delivery on 29.09, a garlic clove was caught in khinkali with cheese and the foam with spinach turned out to be raw, the dough could be kneaded from below with my hands. And it was always prepared in the form of a square , but it turned out not like that at all.
Great place, variety in the menu, clean, comfortable, beautiful. Polite staff. All the dishes are just on top, the drinks are also themed, the atmosphere and comfort are like at home
A pleasant place with affordable prices, a pleasant atmosphere and delicious food, very profitable dinners that are served quickly. The tables and restrooms are always clean.
Under the big name "Khinkalnaya" we ordered khinkali with pork and greens. The dough is thin and tender, even in Georgia it was not found. The meat is finely twisted, but for us personally there was not enough salt, sharpness, saturation. It's a little bland. Overall, there are 5 points for Khinkali. Perhaps the filling is designed for residents of the middle zone, and not for South Caucasian connoisseurs.
But "khachapuri in Adjara" gets 1 point. Raw dough starting from the middle of the swirled tips, all over the bottom and only the edges on top of a good tender dough. The taste of yeast was present. The cheese is mediocre, but the taste quality of this dish depends on it. The egg is completely liquid, with almost no traces of baking. He left a pile of raw dough on the plate and told the waitress that the dough was raw. After a while, I was given a business card for a discount next time, but they did not apologize and did not make a discount now. They probably hoped that we would want to try something like this again! And finally, they didn't even bring the change. A ruble with a trifle, but still the fact itself! The dishes were served fairly quickly.
Watching the waiter boy from the side, I wish to improve his bearing, manners and communication style. You need to love your job!
