We stopped by for a snack on Sunday. There were quite a lot of people, but there were empty tables. I didn't have to wait for the waiter, he came right up, the dishes were also served promptly. Everything turned out to be very tasty, and the beef kebab is so awesome! We'll be coming in.

I went in for lunch, the waiters gave me a menu, waited for 15 minutes, and no one came up, although there were 3 waiters and an administrator standing behind me. When he left, he told the administrator that it was impossible to work like this, for which he did not even apologize. I do not recommend visiting this place! I advise the management to pay attention to the selected staff, especially the administrator.

She visited the Khinkalnya at Independence 58 on 03/24/2024. I arrived at about 16:50, I wanted to order khinkali to take away to pick them up after work around 21:00. I told the waitress that I was ready to pay for the order right away so that it would be ready for sure by 21:00. The waitress said that they had some kind of "2 for the price of one" promotion until 17:00 (I didn't know about it before) and she counted the khinkali for the promotion. When I came to pick up the order, a young man (probably the manager) approached me, who did not introduce himself and scolded me. He said that it was not nice to do this, that the chefs did not want to cook (since the promotion is only until 17:00 and if I want to pick up at 21:00, it does not apply), but he persuaded them to cook, when I said that their waitress told me about the promotion, he just turned around and left. I don't have to know about the nuances of stocks. Thus, he shifted the responsibility for the current situation entirely to me. It turns out that I specifically knocked out this discount. I left your place as if spat on, with no desire to eat these khinkali. When they gave me the order, I told the waitress that I still had to pay extra, but she told me that she didn't. Although if the young man had initially approached and said that a mistake had occurred, they had calculated incorrectly and needed to pay extra, this situation could have been avoided. I have no complaints about the waitress, only to the manager (if he is the manager). I would like to draw the attention of management to this situation, in order to avoid this in the future, it may make sense to conduct a conversation and training on communicating with clients and resolving disputes.

If you want to try Georgian cuisine, then it's definitely not at this address. They have khachapuri in Adjarian style looks like a big bun with a spoonful of cheese in the center, cold chicken and rude treatment of waiters for dessert. And do not even try to ask something and find out how the food should actually look, you will just be rude in response, and instead of changing the dishes to really Georgian, they will give you a small piece of cake so that what you did not eat will still be added to the bill. Saving on groceries and disrespecting visitors is not the best tactic for a newly opened restaurant

Very slow service.
We stopped by for lunch. The half-empty hall and the first course were brought 45 minutes after the order. Positions were confused several times, different waiters came. There are a lot of employees walking around the hall, but they all seemed to be just doing a kind of activity.

Perhaps the worst Khinkalnya in the city that we have been to. They came once, all 2 floors were occupied, all tables were reserved, not a single table was left for "incoming" guests. We got there on a weekday, but there is already a problem with food. We ordered khinkali and khachapuri. Everything had a strange sour taste. I hope we won't get poisoned. 2 tables nearby complained about cold soup and a long wait with a couple of tables occupied. We waited for the bill for 10 minutes.

We met pleasantly. The khinkalki were served hot and fast enough. Ordered twice. Since the first batch of 12 hinkals didn't seem enough for two of us, they were too delicious.
I highly recommend trying khinkali with cheese. They're just awesome.
I really liked it. We will come again.

I went to eat at this place. I love Khinkalni, but I haven't been to this place yet. I ordered coffee and instead of 220ml they brought, as it seemed to me, 150 (after the foam fell). Khinkali was brought barely warm, it feels like they were prepared in advance and just got sick and then warmed up. There was only one dough in khachapuri, and the fillings were like a cat crying. This is the first time I've encountered such a thing in khinkalna. It is at this address that I do not recommend anyone to visit this institution! She left in complete frustration.

I came in on 10.02 before work to bring khinkali to my colleagues. It was an hour and a half before work. To the question: "can I order khinkali with me?" I heard the answer from the administrator: "No, you can't." I was surprised, like, "what do you mean you can't?)))))". Asking what the reason was, they replied, "OUR guests expect an order from an hour and a half, how will we make an order for YOU with us?"
Why couldn't I just warn about waiting and ask if I was ready to wait so long? I think I would have agreed to expect an order.

The service is 10 points, we waited until the order was accepted for 20 minutes, then they started coming and saying there was no tea, beer, or something else. The first order arrived quickly, then we just sat and waited for 20 minutes, first we had to catch the waiter, then wait for the order for 30 minutes, after asking what we could hear, we sat and waited for another 20 minutes. The waiters said that you can only sit down to eat for 30 minutes. Then the most unpleasant receptionist came out, said that everything was according to the reservation and asked to leave. I went to these places for lunch. The completeness of the hall was ~ 50%. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come up to give me the menu, then I waited 30 minutes for the order, it's terrible. After the order was brought, I regretted that I did not take the scales with me. The menu contains 80g, but in fact 40-45 no more, there is no meat at all. Tea 6p., it does not seem that it is too much. The impression is terrible. If you don't have much time, then it's better not to go there, and if you have time, then don't go either.
