There is only one plus - service. The rest..... Chihirtna soup sucks completely. Salt water with herbs. The leg of the marten is still edible there. The broth itself is a specific slop. Classic khinkali with pork and greens are even more or less edible if you are completely hungry. To be honest, it's hard to expect anything good for 10.80 BR. I do not recommend it. The waiter was efficient, polite and courteous. The kitchen sucks. The waiting time is about 15 minutes, but this is due if the kitchen is working with a BANG. But this is not the case.

A good place to rest and eat not only delicious khinkali (in assortment), but also other Georgian dishes (salads, first, second, pastries). The staff is polite, helpful, and efficient. The order has never waited more than 10-15 minutes, the change of dishes is made on time. Delicious grilled meat dishes, stewed, stewed with vegetables, a choice of spicy and not so much. From soft drinks - mors, brew (something like our compote of dried fruits, but tastier), well, tea, coffee. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. Khachapuri can be eaten on site or ordered with you. The interior with a claim to be "antique" (the house itself is a red brick "Stalinka"), you do not want to sit on a chair, then you can collapse on a soft sofa with cushions. Alcoholic drinks are common, but you can order a good homemade wine (white, red) The selection on the menu is not very large, but it will satisfy any gourmet. The khinkalnya is located in the city center, a five-minute walk from the railway station, bus station, metro, and other transport to anywhere in the city. It's clean, there's no smell of cooking in the hall. The music is modern Georgian, unobtrusively and moderately loud. According to the five-point scheme, I give 4++.

I don't know where so many positive reviews come from, they write something themselves, it's like walking to China to Georgian cuisine.Khinkali is more or less normal , but the minced meat is dry and there is little of it, therefore there is little broth, plus that after 15:00 you can order two for the price of one .Otherwise, the kitchen is not very good, they save on everything, Took ojahuri, potatoes with pork and sweet pepper....as in the canteen, the portion is small, just fried potatoes with lard with a loud name, and as if they were fried yesterday and warmed up today in the microwave, there are no vegetables, they are simply marked, pepper and onion found in the dish 3-5 strands of five grams probably, if not less, and pork is not the best part of it, the trimmings are overcooked and tough Maybe it's just the way I was,, lucky,,with the cook, but I wouldn't recommend ordering anything except khinkali to my friends.Well, the homemade wine seems to be nothing.

We took 2 types of khinkali, the usual ones with beef and pork. Those with pork were mistakenly made with greens- firstly, secondly, they were simply not tasty and those with pork and those with beef. I didn't like the eggplant salad either, it had plastic tomatoes in it. The sea buckthorn morse was the only delicious one.

We visited this place on December 19, 22 - we searched for Ya.A map of where to eat after getting off the train. The price tag is quite acceptable, we were not bitten. The staff is quite normal, good draft Belarusian beer, just great food - went with a bang! But khinkali is just a failure... We didn't even finish eating them, and this, my moms, is a bad indicator. It feels like they don't make them themselves, but just buy semi-finished products and boil them. Most likely it is, because even a one-armed cook will not be able to spoil the stuffing like that!
Summary: you can come in, you can sit and eat, you can have a good time, but only without khinkali. Unfortunately...

I don't know where this reitin comes from. The kebab is too salty, it is impossible to eat. Minced meat apparently mixed with salt is stored so that it does not spoil longer. You can't chew pork, the chicken is dry. They don't know how to cook meat. Khinkali is normal. It would seem that it should be fine, because there is a large flow of customers near the train station, but no. You'd better go somewhere else.

After visiting Grodno establishments in this branch of the franchise, it becomes somewhat sad: the taste of soups, chicken in Chmerulsky (both the bird itself and the sauce), "empty" alcoholic mulled wine leaves much to be desired. Contrary to expectations and in connection with all of the above, the atmosphere level of the Georgian restaurant tends to zero.
On the positive side, I would like to mention quite tolerable Khinkali.

Nowhere else has such a tasteless salad been brought... it floats in oil, nuts are not felt ... and of the main ingredients - onions ... onions onion onion-one onion ...🙈🥲 And tadaaaan: khinkali...well, guys, we were surprised, so surprised... minced meat as if made of paper... it just can't be, it can't be that in a Georgian restaurant they give such a thing to the hall. 🙅🏼♀️All this looks more like the cheapest large dumplings, rather than khinkali. And the dough is not the same. With an incomplete landing, the recoil time was about 30 minutes. It's a long time…
4. I will not say that the service was pleasant ... but at least they asked if they liked it or not…

I have a great love for the Khinkalnya network, but I want to "thank" this point for trying to poison it. Thank you guys for the half-baked khinkali that I've been waiting for 45 minutes.
They brought khinkali with pork, the dough of which stuck to their hands (and, as you know, it shouldn't). The meat inside was so undercooked that it was pink and disgustingly raw to the taste. It doesn't seem like I'm eating tartar. Khinkali with mushrooms, which I also loved very much earlier, were now magically dry without any juiciness. How does this happen? And khinkali with cheese seems to consist exclusively of mozzarella, which has no taste at all.
I really want to continue to believe in this network and go to it, but if I decide to do it, I will do it with great suspicion and doubt.
