Cleaning staff is generally a separate topic. Here I would generally put 1 star. I came to remove one papilloma.
They started to get a card, I ask Why? I have a card. Because we haven't been here for more than a year, and according to our rules, we need to get a new one. By the way, I have more than 5 of these cards. So that you understand, this card is NOT started for free, but at your expense.
Okay, I went to the doctor, she says I will need to pay for the initial appointment, I ask why? It's not my first time here, it's not my first time at this procedure, I don't need to tell you anything. Because you haven't been there for more than a year, and according to our rules, this is considered an initial appointment.
Papilloma removal costs 11.54 rubles, as a result, for all their rules + removing what I came for, it turned out to be 26.52 rubles. I paid more for the rules than for the procedure I came for.
Why should the patient pay for your rules?

I came to remove the wart. There are no coupons, there is a live queue. I was in line for almost an hour. Women were invited without waiting in line, obviously not to remove tumors, because after a while they were taken to another office with faces smeared with some kind of substance. By the way, it's the same without waiting in line. In general, they have some kind of a secret there and external patients purely for cover. And by the way, they keep them with our money. Maybe not ordinary wives and daughters work there?! I don't know. Why this performance with the reception. I don't understand. And the grades are high, well, I don't believe it. If only these aunts that go without a queue and put them on. Disgusting in general. I will not be lazy to write a complaint next time.

I really liked the cosmetologist Lyubina A.A. polite, explained everything calmly, answered all questions, did not interrupt, worked with a child (she is very timid and screams at the sight of a doctor) with a BANG! But her colleague is a very unpleasant woman, she interrupted, did not let me ask a single question, she did not like everything all the time + after the reception she went to the registrar and began to tell us what bad parents we were that we could not calm the child. It was very unattractive on the part of a medical professional, I am a nurse myself and we never discuss patients in a negative way with a doctor. The situation in the office was very negative.

Outrageously disrespectful, dishonest attitude towards patients, in particular, manipulation of payment.
At the reception on the phone and when contacting the registrar, the following were announced: a doctor's consultation of 14 rubles, a liquid nitrogen -3p procedure, but I had to pay 33 rubles without understanding why.
I learned from the doctor: they do not remove hemangiomas on the finger with liquid nitrogen (this was what interested me according to the recommendation of my district surgeon. half), but they offered a laser procedure, which is more expensive.
I did not receive a competent professional answer to other questions of interest to me, having heard what I had known for a long time myself.
But the main thing: I received a check from the doctor in the amount of
33p written in her hand without explanation, and such a dose of Adrenaline in our "quiet" time that I couldn't help but write, "thank you" for such a "sensitive" attitude to people!

I called to find out about the piercing of the child's ears. The girl at the reception desk, not very friendly, asked how old the child was. I replied 1 year and 3 months. I said it was strange, because I was advised by friends of yours, and they recently pierced and the children were even less. And then they rudely told me, "well, now we're not piercing, we can't help in any way."

I wouldn't dispute it if there was no effect. But he was... month. She made a claim, expressed suspicions that the drug was deliberately being saved in order to "earn" more money from gullible customers, to whom they obsessively push about the category of the immune. I do not believe. The effect was, but short-term, not 3-4 months, as it should be, but one.
