The hotel is hospitable and comfortable, the rooms are only for 4 people - small, with a view of the tire shop. The room is clean, the beds are also comfortable for 4. The audibility is small. The room has tea, coffee, kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Everything is working. Everything is nearby, shopping center, exchanger, cellular communication, metro, market, temple, parks, 15 minutes walk to the center. It's the best place to explore the city. The breakfasts are good, salads /eggs/cottage cheese/cheeses/sweets / sausage /cereals that have a broken distributor / some fruit. The staff is polite and unobtrusive, answered questions about the trip, there were no problems.
