If you definitely have an idea and a picture that needs to be printed and at the same time have time and take your time, then you can apply once, BUT if you want something creative, cool - you definitely don't go there, they charge 90 rubles for design development, but the designer is sitting there for sure, the person doesn't care 1000% what you get as a result is slow, uninitiative, you need to adjust, communication is only via email, which is extremely inconvenient, managers with languid voices do not understand what they want from them.. prepayment of 50% , production takes 3 days and then you need to hurry - they won't have time .. a lot of wasted time , nerves , thwarted plans , and in the end - complete nonsense .. I regretted that I applied..

Disgusting. And this is provided that the order is not even fulfilled!
First, I called the manager to clarify everything. Then I placed an order online. The next morning I called the manager again to clarify whether the order was accepted for work. Neither on the website, nor from the manager, there was no information from anywhere that they would make an engraving on a wooden flash drive and a wooden box for it, if the circulation would be from 20 units. And I only need one. And here comes a letter saying you have a rusty bolt, not an engraving, or carry your flash drive, but we can't guarantee that it will be all right. If you want to use our material, order 20. Should I tell you about it earlier? Or should I write it on the website in the order form or somewhere nearby? It's good that there's still time to spare and I'll find another organization. It would be possible to put a minus star, I would put a minus 10

It's very bad, I've printed it several times, the colors are constantly distorted. Gray, pink can easily be white when printing. The last time was a nightmare. Half of the postcards are of the same color, half of the other (despite the fact that it was the same template). Well, how can you print the same thing in different colors?
If you print something on a white background, there are constantly black dots or completely stained (photo attached).
I'm tired of making comments and will look for another printing house. A complete disappointment. Out of 10 of my orders, 7 failed.

A wide range of services, I have not found anywhere cheaper. You can print it from a USB flash drive or send it by mail, but you can't use messengers. I did not have enough Kopirych signage from the entrance to the shopping center to the 3rd floor, where they are located, but a kind answer on the phone helped.

To all those who read reviews about this place, pay extra attention to the bad ones than to the five-star ones))
I'm telling you the situation: I needed a mug as a gift. On Friday, I dialed this center and asked what sizes were needed, everything was clear, they told me and advised me - thank you!) During the evening, I searched for photos and adjusted the necessary sizes in Photoshop, filled the pictures with a black background under a black mug, everything is cool. It was late, it was already too late to send them, on Saturday morning I found that the guys were not working on the weekend, it's sad… On Monday, I sent an order for a mug, having previously asked to make it faster, because on Tuesday you need to give a gift. I would like to mention a few positive points:
1) the guys really strained themselves and the mug could be picked up after lunch - Thank you!
2) due to the color difference of my screen, I did not see that one of the pictures is slightly lighter than the background, but in the center, at my request, it was made darker in the background color - Thank you very much! But why all this, if in the end everything is in vain?) That's where the pros and "thanks" end! :) Again, in a hurry, running into the center, previously grateful for the speed of execution, you inspect the goods, since this is a chameleon mug you do not see any special jambs (although it is translucent), pay for the goods and upon arrival home you find that the mug is, su * a, white! White, Carl!! Pictures with a black background on a white mug!!! "Am I really such a fool and forgot to specify that I need a black mug?" Nervously, you go into the mail and find your message, well, the words "I need a black chameleon mug" are clearly written there, and you immediately let go… You can't return the product back and you can't redo it, there's no time for it - give it tomorrow! I did well too and could have made an order in advance so that I had time… But I'm counting on a ready-made version! Is the mug really such a difficult process? But guys, pictures with a black background... on a white mug?? Well, there are no words just… Well, I want to draw attention to the nuances: is the mug made? Yes. Does the mug change color? Yes. But some of the elements in the circle are not printed! Well, what is this? Because of the production speed? As a result, angry at this center, you also climb to look at people's reviews, and naturally you find your own and not your own cases…
I want to conclude my writing: the guys may be trying, maybe they helped and would have redone it, and it seems like it's even cheaper than the competitors ... but what's the point of this, if you redo everything in the end? I'd rather give an extra penny and go to another center, but I'll get the order I need the first time, without such obvious shoals… Good luck to the guys in the future not to stumble over such obvious things. They were printing a calendar. The blue color was printed frankly purple, and it's not about the template. The printer is so poorly configured that it just changes one color to another. The quality is poor, everything is stained, the dark pieces just merged into one spot. It's terrible, I don't advise printing there

My order for more than 2 thousand bel.rubles was corrected 4 times, it was not given to me on time, or rather it was overdue for 10 days. If you want to print something here, then count on a maximum of one mug, which you will have to correct several times. No one will return the time spent and nerves that you will burn in this printing center. But they will only tearfully apologize for such an incident. One star rating is a gift for this institution.
