I went for a haircut for the first and last time. The receptionist is a little rude. I wanted to show a photo of what I needed and find out if they could do such a haircut here, but they interrupted me saying that I would deal with the master, and now either sit and wait or sign up. Fortunately, I had the time and the mood, so I decided to wait, where to go, how this live queue works, I had to figure it out myself. The woman who cut my hair was quite nice, but the workplace leaves much to be desired. It's all covered in someone else's hair and dust. So what struck me a little bit is that payment is made only in cash to the master personally. It wouldn't be a problem if everything was specified in advance somewhere. Personally, I only use cards, because I was able to transfer money to another card master.
When I visited this barbershop on February 11, I left with a wet head and a piece of cut hair.Since Julia was the name of the master, she tore my hair so much that I couldn't stand it and complained that it hurt me. To which she replied, "I can't do it any other way."I offered to remember my hair with a balm, but I refused. As a result, neither Julia nor the administrator even tried to resolve the situation, they also made me feel guilty with my hair. I wasn't offered a dryer either. It's minus 8 degrees Celsius outside. I dried my hair at the mall. Terribly rude attitude.I'll never go there again, and I don't recommend it to others.
One employee in the women's room was warned two hours before the end of work that it was no longer possible to occupy , although there was one person in the queue.
It's a pity, I had such good impressions about this place.I do not recommend visiting. Why can't I tell you right away that I'm going to have to wait so long?
