Food is excellent, sea is very close, polite staff ,water slides, amazing shows every day ,fresh fish, pancakes ,olives etc., stretching exercises , big rooms ,but now new, The Kremlin near pool and sea is a cool idea.

I really liked this hotel. The territory is large and well maintained. In the style of the Kremlin! The staff is Russian-speaking almost everywhere. The room service works perfectly. But it is better to immediately ask for bathrobes to be given to the rooms. By default, there are none. We lived in building 3. The rooms there are already tired. And the cleaning was done poorly. Therefore, they complained, and then immediately fixed everything. We had enough alcoholic drinks in all the bars, even champagne for our girls was brought in cans. We gave a good tip to the bartender, and he began to serve us out of turn, for which we thank him very much. The entertainment, despite the closing of the season, was excellent. Every other day, themed evenings- discos (Hollywood, Fashion, Pirates), it is better not to rent a car, as well as excursions to hotels. Expensive. Found in other places. The pier on the beach was partially broken, it has not yet been repaired (at 10.2024). In general, the rest was a success, I recommend it

We stayed with my husband at this hotel from 04/21/2024 to 05/01/2024.
We checked in at 13:30, the room was not renovated, but everything was neat and clean. Everything was working. The room is quiet. The bar was refilled every day without reminders. Room cleaning can be rated at 4-.
I can't say anything about animation, we weren't interested in it.
The food wasn't great, but it was fine. Everything was meat, chicken, turkey, fish. Of course, the choice of fish is not great, but the price of the hotel was reasonable for 11 nights. For 2 nights, 150 thousand rubles came out with departure from Kazan.
The weather was just wonderful: it was hot, but not to the point of exhaustion, since it was still April, from 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
The sea was surprisingly very warm, and it was great to swim. It's a pity the pier starts working on May 1.
In March and April, almost half of the vacationers at this hotel are school athletes. They were not allowed to go to the sea, so there were no problems with the sun beds, as well as in the bar. It was only necessary to adjust for breakfast and lunch so as not to get in with them.
For dinner, we went to the 24-hour restaurant Terem, as we are used to having dinner early.

Yes, you have to drive or walk to the pharmacy and shopping center. We didn't have a travel card, so we walked for about 30 minutes in one direction.
