The water park itself is not bad. But there are a lot of people, so if you want to have a good time and ride all the slides at least once, you need to:
1. To buy tickets online, pay via epip by printing on a printer or saving on your phone, you save at least an hour or even an hour and a half for buying tickets at the ticket office
2. Arrive on a weekday and in the morning at 09:00, then there are very few people.
Only if these points are followed, you can ride each slide once for 3 hours, otherwise you will spend a lot of time queuing for at least 20-30 minutes per slide.

I was with my family, the child was 3.5. We wanted to warm up on a chilly rainy day during the vacation. To be honest, I didn't like it. It was cold In the children's area, the water is pleasant, but as soon as you get out, you want to immediately wrap yourself in a towel or bathrobe. And since the towel gets wet quickly, it's such a pleasure. In the adult zone, the water is very invigorating. The child screamed when we wanted to swim a little downhill together, and not walk around. For some reason, all the lights inside were turned off during the day, which made it seem gloomy, since it was raining outside.
The sauna complex is located somewhere separately and you need to pay extra for it when buying a ticket, we did not.
The cafe is not bad, we did not stay hungry. Fast food, but varied.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of hair dryers in the locker room, in order to take a hairdryer for free at the reception, you need to get fully dressed and stomp almost to the entrance / exit of the water park with a wet head. Then back to the locker room. Why is that??? Is it really impossible to hang stationary hair dryers on the walls?
Another surprise awaited us when we tried to call a taxi. Since the water park is located on the outskirts of the city - on the ring road, we had no problems getting there, taxis charge a standard price. But no one wanted to go back, since they had to make a detour along the ring road in order to then go back to the city. Therefore, the taxi offered to raise the price first (by 2 times), after that the car was found miraculously, but it was still a long time to wait. A Yandex taxi was called.

We gave 85 rubles at a discount for 1 person for 8 hours (company of 3 people. ).it's good that they didn't pay without a discount of 110 rubles per person, it's just money for nothing. The red price for this time is 35 rubles per person. In order:

I didn't like the staff, they don't create a comfortable atmosphere!
In the last minutes before the exit, the instructor did not allow him to descend from the highest slide, he began to come up with his own rules. He was wrong, but it would be more expensive to prove it to him. I had to take the child off the pillow under his grin and run back up the stairs. All impressions were erased, the mood was at zero. I don't want to go there anymore.
For tickets (only the aqua zone for 3 hours) + the cafe was left there 9,000 Russian rubles, two adults, two children 2 years and 11 years old.

We have an 11-year-old child with us. He really wants to. We're coming in. To the locker room. The lighting is semi-basement. It took 10 minutes to open the undressing drawer. And that's already gone. Somehow we figured it out. We go to the water park itself. And here is a new test. There are not enough buns to ride. That is, you need to spend time just to start this test. And here you are lucky. You got a bun. There is a queue for at least 20-30 minutes for each slide without exception. And the time is passing. The stairs in the outdoor area at the top are staggering from the number of people so that people start throwing buns and leaving, fearing that it will collapse. There are queues in the cafe, splits can't cope. One of the three ticket offices is open. The staff is rude. They are rude to basic questions. In the flesh to the point that no one invited you here. I do not recommend this swan water park to anyone with full responsibility.

My 10-year-old children and I really liked it, there are breathtaking slides, but at the same time absolutely safe. It doesn't smell like bleach. For couples in love and not only, there is even a weather forecaster bar right in the pool. The prices are reasonable, much cheaper than in St. Petersburg. Queues are minimal, again compared to St. Petersburg water parks. We were there during the May holidays. The sauna complex is excellent, there are many baths. The only feature is that there is no soap at all, even for hands and a hair dryer, it is better to take your own, because a complex issuance system and time for drying the head is included during a visit to the water park.

The summer zone is open from + 24 degrees. We were unlucky, the summer area was closed, but this did not affect our vacation at all. We bought tickets for 8 o'clock. We thought we would leave earlier.... But! We spent all 8 hours!!! 7 slides in a closed area. Children of 9 years old rode 5 of them without fear.
It is convenient that you pay for purchases in a cafe using a bracelet at the exit.
Lebyazhy is indeed one of the best water parks in Europe. We are convinced of this!

In the spa area there is 1 pool and it is not warm enough, there are few baths in 3 of them mold on the walls and floor, in the Russian ten it broke. In 3 hours of being there, only 1 supervisor was met. Moreover, 7200 were given for 3 people, 2 adults and one child! It is very expensive for what they offer. HORROR!!! IT'S NOT VERY PLEASANT!!!

I highly recommend staying at this water park. Everything is convenient and comfortable. The entrance from the Minsk ring road is very convenient and understandable, there is a gas station right next to the interchange- exit, then a spacious parking lot, everything is clean and tidy, lawns are not clogged with garbage and nothing falls out around them, CCTV cameras are all around. Next, we go into the building, the path is simple and there is no need to wander in search of an entrance - it is alone, on the second tier on the north side of the building, from the side of the reservoir. The staff explains and tells everything in the area where the bracelets are issued, I highly recommend buying tickets online on the website. Then you won't have to stand in line. For Russian guests, any MIR card will allow you to do this by automatically converting Russian rubles into Belarusian rubles.
Next is the locker room and locker area, the issued bracelets - they are also the keys to the lockers. If you are with children, I do not advise you to give them their bracelets, leave them in your locker and that's it, otherwise you will be fined for loss. It is very easy to control the time of stay, there are many terminals in aquazals where you can find out the locker number, ticket type and admissions and locker number by attaching a bracelet. All the slides are cool, you will feel the drive on any one. There are enough cheesecakes, just look for them either in the areas of the beginning of the slides, or in the areas of the finish from the slides. On weekends, queues after 11:00 are already getting heavy, especially on the red and silver slides, because if you arrive at lunch, then ride the others better, do not stand for 30 minutes on those two... The beach area is calm, there are a lot of people, but not to the point of irritation. The water is clean, blue, the bottom is clean at all pools. The room is spacious, convenient access to the street both by water and by land. Even in 4 hours, everyone will jump up, then just have a quiet rest, eat, lie down.

I don't know why everyone praises this water park. They don't explain anything at the counter where they give out bracelets. Lockers for things are scanty. Half of the watering cans in the shower don't work. The bar has an above-average price tag and long queues. HUGE queues for the slides. You can defend eternity.
