It's a great place. We were on a weekday and didn't think there would be so many people. Even after five in the evening, there were a lot of people. Most of the slides had to queue for almost 20-30 minutes per slide. They seemed to have a good time, but in some places it smelled like urine. I personally did not like the spa, there is nothing special. Maybe it's a matter of taste) The pool with hydromassage is the same as in the general aqua zone. The hammam didn't seem to be anything, I just stood, because if I sat down there was a smell of urine. In the Russian steam room there were norms, you can't steam). You need to stay in the oil bath for at least 30 minutes to have any effect.

We decided to go to the water park on one of the days of rest. It is best to go in the morning, we went by 10.00, and the park opens at 08.00. The earlier, the better! Every hour the number of people increases exponentially, and the queues on some slides are prohibitive. 4 hours was enough for us, many people take it for 8 hours or for the whole day. The slides are great, lots of pools, outdoor and indoor areas! The children are delighted! Clean pools and grounds! I recommend it to everyone!

Where the salt smells like smelly socks. Maybe it's necessary, I don't know. Professional bath attendants come to the Russian bathhouse at closing time. They add oil, wave a towel, it's very hot, high. The face after these baths is better than after a cosmetologist. Separate love strong jets like a charcot shower. Very strong, cool. One disadvantage is that there is not enough normal food. Hamburgers are tasteless, rolls are even worse. They were poisoned 2 times in the summer with shawarma, I drank pills and more or less, and my husband was lying flat in general. Fortunately, there were only pickles in the shawarma, there was almost no meat. And it would be even worse. In general, if they had changed the food there, they would not have had a price!

Of the cons: you need to organize the reception inside the water park, for those who are for the first time, it is not entirely clear how it works, how the bracelets work (there are screens inside the water park and in the locker room, with the help of the bracelet you can track the time of arrival and the number of your cabin with things. For some reason, no one explains this:() How to get into the aqua zone through the locker room is also not clear for beginners? There are signs, but following the signs you get to the shower room (where, sorry, not quite dressed visitors wash). And through the shower room we get into the Aquazone, I think it would be advisable to somehow fence the shower stalls. As a result, we took a subscription for 4 hours, and only 40 minutes to figure out what and how it works.

In general, everything is not bad. But. Small lockers – we came from another city and barely crammed the bags in. The storage rooms work through one. There are very few signs and pointers. The water is quite warm. But it was disappointing that the doors and windows to the street were constantly opened, which caused cold drafts. And when you walk all wet up the stone stairs and the windows are open, you get sick easily. Most of the double cheesecakes were half-lowered, which makes them more difficult to control and they turn over more often, as a result of which you find yourself under water, flying out of the pipe. It's not pleasant enough. Because once we came across a very well–inflated cheesecake and this did not happen to her - it was very comfortable to drive.
The staff is generally quite friendly – they answer questions, help you figure it out and orient you. Nevertheless, the cashiers are rude.

Only the girls at the reception were engaged in conversation among themselves and giggled unpleasantly while serving us. You have to ask for a hair dryer, and it's very weak. There is no equipped room with mirrors and hair dryers, as is usually the case. A good cafe on the second floor, lots of snacks, delicious beer. The other bars were not working. Maybe it's not the season (we were in the third decade). A large number of different baths. However, in some places repairs are required.
Despite the underweight, I liked the water park. It's beautiful and big! And there were no crowds of people, after reading the reviews, we specially went on Monday, a life hack)). Yes, they forgot their bathing accessories, they did not return to the apartment, they hoped for a store in the water park. We were lucky, we bought everything we needed. Prices, however, bite. You can get to the water park itself with a discount from Instagram, we recommend it.

We read reviews and other things about this water park and decided to drive. I'll start in order.
One of the advantages.
1. Convenient parking for cars, check-in and check-out.
2. Electronic queue for ticket purchase.
3. A wide range of entertainment for both children and adults. A wide variety of slides for all ages.
4. Different saunas, baths are a plus, there is nothing to do there without saunas.
Well, then there are some disadvantages.

You just walk into the locker room, it's completely dark where to go, nothing is clear, saving on light signs and so on.
2. All locker rooms are shared, there is no male and female separation except for the shower, although many people entered the women's room from men and on the turn.
3. After the shower, I still did not understand the exit in slippers or not, although everywhere it says entrance without slippers, the question immediately arises how to find my slippers afterwards there is no storage cell!!!! But everyone walked around the zone in sneakers, just like us.
4. Of all the slides!!! Only the 3 simplest ones worked. The queue had to stand on the stairs for 40 minutes at a time. We rode only on 1 slide, then the patience ran out.
5. On 3 of these slides, the control system was lit everywhere with a red signal. The instructor ran every time he looked at the bottom and did well.
6. There is no cell phone storage in the park area. You have to spend 20 minutes going to the locker room to get your phone.
7. If you take a ticket for the day. Where to eat ???
You can't go outside to a cafe, you can't drive.
8. There is a cafe, they sell burgers and corn and drinks, After lunch, wash your hands or go back to the locker room for 10-15 minutes or as I saw others in the pool.
9. To take a hair dryer. You need to stand in line with people leaving for 20 minutes and to hand over a hair dryer for 20 minutes in the same queue, while all the time is taken into account in your chance !!!

We visited the aquazone with children at the end of August. There are not so many people in the morning, but by 12 it doubles. The outdoor area also opens from 12. Ticket prices are high, and everything in the cafe inside is also expensive. The street has not opened. The elevator didn't work, it's not very convenient to compete up and down with small children, but I managed. For me, the scheme of the slides is a bit incomprehensible. In the diagram, the slides are distributed by colors, there are names and numbers, but until you go up, you will not understand whether you have found the right slide or not. I would like there to be signs at the bottom of the slides, indicating a specific place where to climb and what to take with me, because I was not ready to go back and forth with 3 children. And there are very few staff around. In general, I advise you to visit, but be prepared to spend money and, perhaps, wander in search of the right slide))

There are a lot of slides, my husband has rolled a lot. There are not enough baths, but the pool in the spa with massage jets is something. We arrived at 8.30, we were on the 17th in the general queue, without waiting in line, we called for online order coupons and someone else. That is, fast enough. Tickets for 8 hours cost four (2+2) 300 rubles for the promotion (8 hours for the price of 4)
It was very comfortable until 10-11 o'clock, and thrash started after 12. There are a lot of people, queues for 15-20 minutes on the slides.
The water bar is great, a very nice bartender girl. We had lunch at country chicken, for three 75p.
I really didn't like the girl on the triple slide (3 slides-single pipes nearby, there were three of us too), the time was about 16.15. We wanted to race with the children. There were only 3 people behind us who also wanted to move out together. One person went, and the girl somehow very aggressively sent us to the 2 remaining slides. We explained that we want to be together. She started shouting that the slide and the queue were standing idle because of us (3 people behind us). In the end, I had to be rude too.
Thrash started at the exit. The queue for payment by the bracelet is 30 people, 1 person works. We left ten minutes before the end of time, but of course we realized that we would not have time to pay and leave. I went up to the cashier girl, clarified, she said that "She would be fined for every extra minute."
In general, I got back in line already angry) the rest of the visitors were also angry, because many were late for the bus. As a result, the cashier girl left and the administrator came in her place. That is, she also worked alone, but thank you for not taking the money for the extra minutes. I stood in line for about half an hour.
Conclusions: the number of people is not controlled in any way, there are not enough employees. Not all employees are customer-oriented and adequate.
