I came to the spa, I thought that this level of the water park would be cool, but the expectation and reality of course diverged. There are no shower heads on the hoses in saunas, it seems that all thieves only walk there. An affordable price. I decided to visit here recently, before that I had experience with water parks only in another country. I went to Lebyazhy at random, without knowing anything in advance. I was very surprised that in order to get to the water park area, you have to wait for a queue of 100 people. That is, the difference between my payment voucher and the one that now has 100 people at the checkout. I waited for 10 minutes, the queue moved to 8 positions. It may be worth starting a service with an additional service for those who want to pay more.

We decided to visit the lebyazhy water park on August 22. The impressions were disgusting. I'll start over:
Huge queues for EACH slide. We understand that it's summer, everyone wants to enjoy it. But make some kind of restriction of visitors, because this is impossible! You take 4 hours, of which 3 are standing in queues.
Some of the slides just didn't work - there was no warning about it on the site. But only at the counter in the water park itself - it's cool to find out about it when we were driving from another city.
We also decided to visit the SPA area. It was as disgusting as possible... I can't say that I'm so squeamish, but everything looked terrible and miserable. 3 baths/zones out of 7 did not work. Naturally, we wanted to visit everything. There was no warning about this anywhere.
They wrote to the complaint book. I received a reply / unsubscribe - yes, I am aware that there are huge queues and a lot of visitors, but that's it :)) You have to earn money, right?
The very condition of the water park is very sad - mold, rust, dirt.
Once again, I would definitely not visit Lebyazhy

The aquazone is good, but the spa is not worth paying for separately. There are only two hot baths, and even then they are not too hot. In the Russian oven, visitors are constantly pouring water. There is nothing to breathe and it is cold... No pleasure at all. The Finnish sauna is more or less, but I would like it hotter.
They came because of the spa, took me for three hours. They left after an hour and a half, they were dissatisfied. There is no charge for such saunas in other water parks.

We were on a weekday in June. We arrived especially early (11 a.m.) in the hope of comfort without crowds of people. The water park is good, but there were still a lot of people. Most of the time is spent standing in line. You need to stand for 15-20 minutes to roll down the hill. Outside, all the sun beds and seats are also occupied. There's a crowd in the pool too. I don't see any point in spending money for queuing and bathing in a crowd as a vacation. This is not a vacation. Disappointed. We won't go any more.(

A great water park. It was my first time here, but I have something to compare it with. I liked the aqua zone, the slides are interesting, high and long, there are plenty of buns and there was always enough, the water is warm (but if it gets cool, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi and in wooden barrels with warm water outside), an excellent children's town with slides for the youngest (in the indoor area) and for children a little older (on the street). Cafe in the indoor area and on the street where you can have a snack and drink soft drinks and beer) An excellent spa area in which everyone will find a steam room to their liking and next to a font and a large swimming pool. The control system is perfectly organized through bracelets with which you can buy everything you need and open and close the locker. Of the cons: during the start of work, there are 2 cash desks out of 10 (or how many there are in total) when there are a lot of people. We stood for 1.5 hours to buy a ticket. There were a lot of people, but the territory allows them to be accommodated, but the organization of the descent from the slides sucks. I have not seen such long queues anywhere (I stood on one of the slides for 42 minutes), it is simply not possible to eat on the street there is a swarm of wasps, an hour before the end of work they began to shout every 5 minutes, throw the bass during, otherwise we will see you tomorrow. I have a whole hour of rest. Which I paid for, and they won't shut up. And one more minus is expensive (Otherwise I recommend it. The largest water park in Belarus. There are many pools. There are also enough slides, they are all steep and will give positive emotions, and in summer there are twice as many of them, because the summer zone opens. I have been visiting this water park for eight years in a row and it has always pleased me. On the downside, I will note not the cleanest toilet and huge queues for slides (but the water park is not to blame for this). As it is, it is an ideal place for active leisure!

The water park has a number of shortcomings. Firstly, there is a problem with queues on the slides. It's very unpleasant when you're standing in a long queue, and a bunch of people are brazenly rushing past you, like on other slides, although they don't even bother to explain themselves. Please put an additional 1 employee near each hill climb so that queues are monitored and discontent does not boil up among the people.
Personally, I didn't like the water park. I realized that it wasn't mine at all. It didn't go well for my wife and daughter either. Too much extreme stuff. too much. It would be great if there were calm descents without this breakneck speed and constant turns, sharp drops, ups and downs again. I don't understand why no one thought of making just calm descents. It was possible to make at least one such slide with several tracks. I assure you, there would be the longest queues.
In general, I feel sorry for the money that we threw away for these stupid "entertainment", which we actually used only partially. It would be better if we rode roller coasters, jet skis and other entertainment on the Minsk Sea or somewhere else. But everyone has their own choice.
Now, if people wanted to live normally, humanly, they would build a Creative society - and it would be honestly written about which institution exactly what kind of entertainment and for whom they are suitable and for whom they are not.

I've been to many water parks before, and of course, the experience here is terrible.. I waited in line for two hours on a weekday, the interior looks like an airport, not a water park.
And in fact, the price is very high for what we end up getting. There are a lot of rusty structures, inside the park looks like a Soviet swimming pool. There was trash everywhere on the floor of the cafe.
The only thing is that the slides are good. But you have to stand in line for an unacceptably long time.

Probably the best water park of those where we were a family)
The summer zone is open from + 24 degrees. We were unlucky, the summer area was closed, but this did not affect our vacation at all. We bought tickets for 8 o'clock. We thought we would leave earlier.... But! We spent all 8 hours!!! 7 slides in a closed area. Children of 9 years old rode 5 of them without fear.
It is convenient that you pay for purchases in a cafe using a bracelet at the exit.
Lebyazhy is indeed one of the best water parks in Europe. We are convinced of this!

A huge complex of water slides, there are also baths of different types of their disadvantages. I can take into account that not all categories, there are only a couple of Finnish and hammam, which I personally like. There is also a bar right on the water, I'm not sure if it works correctly, but what I saw was impressive.
The smell of chlorine, as well as in all other pools, I did not notice anything radically bad. The staff is friendly, although I can't remember anything good, the work is done well.
I would recommend staying there for about 2-3 hours at most, since it can get boring over time, when you try all the slides several times it gets boring, there are also age-related slides that are really scary (in a good sense of the word). I would recommend lebyazhy for people in the company of about two or three people, including because there are boats for several people in the slide.

Great water park, lots of slides. But there are 2 disadvantages, probably like in all water parks.
1 - there was a long queue at the ticket offices, but we solved the problem, ordered online tickets so as not to stand in line with friends, there were 5 of us, we passed quickly.
2 - there was a long queue for steep slides, there were 40 minutes on the red hill
But where I have not been, for example, the Golden Bay in Gelendzhik, Where we stood for more than an hour on the slide in line and 2 hours at the checkout in 2016

And here you are lucky. You got a bun. There is a queue for at least 20-30 minutes for each slide without exception. And the time is passing. The stairs in the outdoor area at the top are staggering from the number of people so that people start throwing buns and leaving, fearing that it will collapse. There are queues in the cafe, splits can't cope. One of the three ticket offices is open. The staff is rude. They are rude to basic questions. In the flesh to the point that no one invited you here. We gave 85 rubles at a discount for 1 person for 8 hours (company of 3 people. ).it's good that they didn't pay without a discount of 110 rubles per person, it's just money for nothing. We won't go any more and I don't advise you! Yes, the water park is huge, there are many slides, but everywhere there is mold, dirt. In the spa area there is 1 pool and it is not warm enough, there are few baths in 3 of them mold on the walls and floor, in the Russian ten it broke. In 3 hours of being there, only 1 supervisor was met. Moreover, 7200 were given for 3 people, 2 adults and one child! It is very expensive for what they offer. HORROR!!! IT'S NOT VERY PLEASANT!!!

There is a bar, the table of which is 30 cm above the water level in the aqua zone, but when we swam there there was a break. There is a regular "dry" bar where you can try drinks and have a snack. I was with my wife and daughter for 9 years. Everyone liked it, but my daughter didn't want to leave at all.
