Alas, the miracle did not happen despite the new advertising integrations-YouTube videos from Коко.by (for the Republic of Belarus) and Wylsacom (for the Russian Federation). Of the three items (according to the coupon for 9.50: chickenburger, cheeseburger, hamburger), none are of decent quality: the bottom (the lower part of the bun) of all burgers is overdried on distribution (not disposed of according to the regulations after a certain heating time) so that it crunches. Because of this, the meat is also dried, although its quality is quite decent. The quality of the rolls themselves seems to have improved, but if the process is disrupted, the product turns into garbage, which cannot be consumed without liquid (in my case, juice). It is clear that in the pursuit of restraining price increases, recycling is rarely resorted to. How much more time will it take me to understand that American standards in the Republic of Belarus (RF) will never be respected as before?)) Perhaps there are different approaches for premium positions, but this network has won, first of all, the love of the consumer with its strict standards and the same quality regardless of external factors. I do not recommend visiting despite the management's attempts to rectify the situation. For 10+ rubles, there are plenty of places with high-quality products in the center of Minsk.

I went to pay for the order at the checkout, stood for about two minutes, waited for them to come up (in the meantime, all the employees didn't care, I understand the atmosphere needs to be raised in the team, I don't mind jokes) But when I went to ask someone to go to the checkout (if I'm not mistaken, there was an instructor guy), they ignored me, the guy continued to joke and say "move the buns" to the checkout none of them moved)))) I stood there for about two more minutes, paying zero attention. Clean and spacious room, lots of seats, friendly staff and very fast service (see photo). There is a terminal for self-ordering. There are also fresh burgers with different fillings, and cocktails, and drinks, and coffee with tea, and desserts, and WiFi ... The toilets are normal, but dirty in the evening, it would not hurt to fasten bag hooks in the booths. Of course, the prices could be lower, but so far it is tolerable...
