There are two exchangers with a decent exchange rate in the arrival area. If you change a large amount, then you can bargain and the exchange rate will be a little more profitable. They change dollars of all years of manufacture, but they must be in excellent condition without seals / tears/ inscriptions/ jams / scuffs. The queues are long. There are no ATMs at the airport. On the island, you can pay with a UnionPay RSHB card. You can withdraw cash every other time. There is a kiosk selling SIM cards. One SIM card for one passport. I only accept local currency. The queue is no less than in the exchanger. If you do not want to stand in queues, then do not stand, as you can exchange currency and buy a SIM card from 8.00 to 22.00 in any locality. It is forbidden to bring water into the washing area of departure. Everyone will be forced to take off their shoes, even flip-flops. The staff is polite and friendly. If you are flying as an Anex (perhaps other operators do the same), then there is no special point in an individual transfer, since everyone is taken in small groups to cities, then transferred to small buses to hotels.
