The opinion about this hardware store remains twofold. I visited this store several times and noticed a significant difference in the level of service. The plumbing department has really great consultants who are always ready to help and give competent advice. This leaves a very pleasant impression and makes shopping convenient and productive.
However, unfortunately, it was not always possible to avoid unpleasant situations. I came across rude behavior on the part of some cashiers, which, of course, spoiled the overall impression of the visit. I hope that the store's management will pay attention to this aspect, as the quality of service should be high at all levels.

Очень хорошо, что именно этот магазин расположен достаточно близко к месту массовой застройки Минск Мир. Можно быстро и легко добраться как на машине, так и на общественном транспорте.
Хорошо, что поставили кнопки вызова консультантов. Возможно это хорошая инициатива, также сделали и конкуренты. Воспользоваться не пришлось, поэтому на этот счёт мнения нету, но при личном общении сохранилось ощущение, что персонал по прежнему не обучается быть дружелюбным и направленным на решение проблем покупателя. Плюс кнопки вызова консультантов так расположены, что не зная про них не факт, что и найдёт разовый покупатель. Это минус как минимум половину звезды.
Ещё из минусов - логистика. За раз 10, сколько пришлось там побывать, так и не получилось разобраться в логике расположения отделов разных материалов. Хоть карту какую поставьте на входе, что-ли 😉
Из плюсов - как всегда обширный ассортимент, покрывающий почти 90% потребностей рядового покупателя. Хороший ассортимент обоев, сантехники, электрики, половых покрытий.
По инструменту и метизу конечно есть вопросы, но, опять же, для рядового покупателя скорее этого достаточно более чем, а мастера в рознице не закупаются.
Для мастеров это скорее будет выручалочкой на случаи мелкой докупки того, чего не хватило.
P. S. А что со скотчами случилось? Ни армированного, ни двустороннего, ни прочих прелестей. Что за ассортимент, где бумажный, алюминиевый, прозрачный, и та же малярка, только синяя и пафосная🤨
