1. The guide did not introduce herself, she immediately said that it would be hard to hear, since she was given such a microphone. Although it was normal to hear on the previous tour, perhaps Milana was just talking louder
2. Then it was said that she was not specifically paid for the tour, so bear with it, if you wanted to come on a free tour, they say you don't look a gift horse in the mouth
3. 80% of the tour was just a very quick run to show the branches of the museums related to the Minsk City Hall and advertise their visit. I'm not against advertising, but the topic of the tour was revealed only by 20% out of 100%
4. The guide literally ran through the basements of the former church with the words "You see there is nothing interesting here and why does everyone want to get here?" This is the first time I have met such outright indifference to my work. The excursion from 06/08/2024 was 1000% much more pleasant, more interesting, better and better!
We ask the management of the Minsk City Hall to find material or other ways to stimulate the work of their employees on weekends. It may be possible to develop ways to assess the quality of the submitted excursion material and the goodwill of the guides so that those who are in their place receive decent pay for their work, and those who simply "serve hard labor" receive less for their "work". Who knows, maybe the vocation of the latter is to sit on a chair in the museum hall and keep order. And then they are also forced to conduct excursions
This is by no means a criticism of the wonderful project, but a way to draw the attention of the City Hall leadership to the human factor

Ратушная площадь- это место силы города! Здесь можно почувствовать шаги истории Минска, насладиться его средневековой красотой. Реставрация исторического центра проведена с такой любовью и мастерством, что полностью погружаешься во времена Магдебургского права.
А если история вас не очень интересует, можно просто прогуляться, послушать музыку и голоса счастливых отдыхающих людей. Все лето по субботам возле ратуши проходят музыкальные вечера, с выступлением лучших коллективов Беларуси и прекрасным репертуаром. Приходите и наслаждайтесь! Рекомендую на 100%!

Интересное место. Само место очень древнее, но все постройки - свежие на старых фундаментах, старинных зданий тут нет, всё было разрушено во время ВОВ сначала немцами, когда брали Минск, и потом нашими, когда отвоевывали его обратно. Экспозиция внутри ратуши небольшая, но интересная. Основное - это коллекция копий старых карт, на которых отмечен Минск. Копия глобуса - очень интересно, я зависла около него надолго )))) Кроме этого, в основном письма и открытки конца 19- начала 20 века. Классно придумано, что рядом с открытками напечатан текст - содержание, потому что из-за почерка и старости бумаги и чернил прочитать, что же там написано, практически невозможно)))))
Осмотр занимает минут 15 - 20, можно растянуть на час, если читать все карты и письма )))))

Instead of telling me how to get a ticket, I had to listen to a series of insults from her. Хорошо, что восстановили ратушу. Рядом с домом городского управляющего. Красив центр нашего Минска, просто супер. Помню, в юности путешествуя по Прибалтике, я удивлялась, а почему у них есть здания ратуши, а у нас нет. Красиво, компактно, и рядом Свято- Духов кафедральный собор. Как мало нам оставили православных храмов, все разрушили большевики.

Находится на площади Свободы в центре Минска. Кроме внешнего вида интерес представляет музей истории города, расположенный внутри. Здесь можно увидеть старые карты города, глобус, мебель, фото и картины и многое другое. Особое место в экспозиции занимает коллекция подарков от городов-побратимов.
