Arriving in Minsk, you should definitely visit Freedom Square, where the Minsk City Hall is located.
You can take a short tour for a few hours, where you will walk around the Old Town.
The only drawback is that you can only get here by appointment and at certain hours.
I was guarding them at the entrance, it was closed, although the sign says they are working.
In principle, they do not take the phone.
