Good location, plenty of space both inside and on the terrace, good view, polite and fast waiters. Unobtrusive design and music. Not far from the Mir Castle and the parking lot. But: the cost may be like everywhere else, but the portion is tiny (for example, 3 draniki will fit into the palm of an 8-year-old child), some kind of crushed film inside got caught in one serving, the second half-baked portion got caught, herbal tea is very tasteless, plus there is even no filtration and you pour yourself out of the kettle along with the tea leaves, so drink It's impossible. In addition, there is only one toilet and a washbasin for all cafes, so you can not wait for your turn with a child.
It's a good place to sit and talk. There is a small parking lot for ~ 4 cars, but there is a large parking lot behind the cafe, just a little walk. The location of the summer terrace overlooking the castle. The tables are located at a sufficient distance from each other, which is a plus. Good atmosphere and decor. Price tags, as in all sightseeing places, are not cheap at all. Ice cream ~ 8 rubles. The waiter came up for the order quickly enough, friendly. But we had to go for the payment ourselves.
The cafe is cozy, clean, there are many places on the street, next to the castle. But it's not cheap (for two adults and two children, we had lunch for 100 bel.rubles and these are only the second courses plus a drink, without the first!) and you have to wait decently, for 40 minutes. I do not recommend stew in a pot with beef, they put minimal meat there, it is better to take something else. The rest of the dishes (branded frying pan, chicken fillet, rustic potatoes, cranberry juice) were liked, delicious. Overall 4 out of 5.
The food is delicious, the serving is pleasant, the portions are large. Seats are rarely available, but that's not the cafe's fault. In fact, this is the only place where you can eat if you come not as part of an excursion, but on your own. The rest are simply closed for special maintenance.
Of the relative disadvantages, the music is very loud for the day. Although, to give it its due, the music is lively and they sing well. In the evening it is perceived differently. And in the afternoon you get tired, and you want to take a break from the noise and running around.
Overall, we are happy with the visit, thank you.
A symbiosis of a grocery store (closes early) and a cafe (open late). We bought small things in the store, drank beer in the cafe in the evening (draught light, No White Gold) and had breakfast with my family (works from 9.00), after which we went to the castle (from 10.00). Good breakfasts, prices, however, are not low, coffee up to 9 rubles. A nearby cafe with loud music, as I understand it, is open until 23.00, then people move here.
The cafe is definitely good, very tasty teas and lemonades. You can sit in the hall and on the street, you can watch a movie, it's cozy and atmospheric, but there are not always places, you can always take it with you. The food is delicious, the price is good. We are always happy both morning and evening, and there is always a good choice of food.
A good cafe to have a snack after visiting the castle. The food is normal, the price tag is not too high, we were served quickly. There are not many seats in the hall, but there is an open veranda, there are plenty of places there. A small minus is one toilet, and the sink is located in it, that is, if necessary, wash your hands, you need to wait in line until the toilet is free.
Pros: the place is successful, the tables on the street are nicely decorated, delicious branded salad, bombastic pancakes with a sponge in a pot.
Cons: it is expensive even by Minsk standards (they gave 100 rubles for two), the menu is extremely meager and not even everything is from it, cozy tables on the balcony were inaccessible to visitors, blue curacao is far from perfect (it tastes just like a sprite), and one of the two waitresses today was very tired and unfriendly.
A great cafe next to the Mir Castle. Excellent service, food and coffee are delicious. There is a street area with a fountain. A snack or lunch when visiting Mir Castle is just right
A cozy cafe with wonderful cuisine! The four of us ate, everyone was satisfied. The waiting time is 10 minutes. Maybe we were just lucky. The price tag is the same as everywhere else. Convenient location with a view of the Mir Castle. We had lunch outside in the shade. If desired, you can stay inside the cafe.
A very cool place) Of course, we expected 1.5 hours of hot dishes, but drinks are served quickly - so we spent time enjoying the beautiful view of the castle and socializing) the tables are clean.
The staff themselves do not come up often, because they are loaded, but they respond very quickly to all requests if they are met, it is very pleasing)) The food is delicious, the meat in the pot is smooth, soft) The price tag is comfortable! In general, according to the reviews, we found it and did not regret it) I advise everyone!!!
A pleasant place with a beautiful terrace, delicious pancakes are served, which go well with kvass. We were at lunch, not too many people, waiting time is acceptable.
The advantages are that it works for a long time and there is more or less a choice.
However, I didn't like the taste of the food.
Chicken soup is a bitter broth.
My son has a frying pan - it's like the potatoes were fried there, he lay down somewhere and got winded, after which he was added to this dish and baked, so it's dry and even sour.
Croutons with sauce and meat - the meat is also weathered. And the sauce on the croutons tastes like cheap mayonnaise, I didn't like the croutons themselves.
French fries and a refrigerator are normal. But they are not worth their money, because they are of an ordinary canteen level. A cold brew without an egg, without a cucumber, just beetroot in broth with vinegar (it's too much).
The price is above average. There are places cheaper, but tastier. It is more expensive and tastier too)))
A good place to refresh yourself after visiting Mir Castle. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, delicious food. Pancakes with a sponge are super. Not a bad cappuccino.
Cozy coffee. They cook very well.
I put a five only for the location, interior and kitchen, cleanliness.
But the staff is working at 3 with a minus.
They don't say hello, they don't come to the table, you need to go to the account.
They can afford to communicate in an incorrect or even audacious way.
Nevertheless, this is fixable and I will not lower the rating.
I recommend you to visit!
The service is great, the waiters are polite and professional. Medium-sized portions (but this is subjective), delicious. The prices are average, for lunch for two with dessert they gave a little less than 60 rubles.
Expectation and reality have coincided 100,500%!
It is definitely worth visiting and touching the history, walking along the narrow towers with high spiral steps that will be remembered for a long time! 😀
The most "chivalrous " castle of all, in my opinion.
And what a cool keychain in the form of an antique key there is in the souvenir shop-just a masterpiece!
We lived in the castle hotel, were inspired by good reviews and went for lunch. Externally, I liked the room from the outside, but the staff needs to be replaced - I asked if the young girl at the counter would feed us - to which we received the answer in an indescribably hostile tone: "a group is coming for lunch now, not up to you." We are shocked by such a rude response and an unconventionally arrogant tone. At first we wanted to go in the evening , but changed our mind about taking the money there, we had dinner at the castle. And so outwardly - sweet.
A wonderful, atmospheric place, the price of beer was pleasantly reduced. Polite staff. With the permission of the waiter and my guarantee, we were allowed to sit outside with the dog. This is a rarity in Belarus.
The place was recommended to us by the guide to save time. We made an order in advance and arrived at the appointed time for lunch. I didn't have to wait while washing my hands, all the food was brought to the table. The waiters warned visitors who came into the cafe that the waiting time was from 50 minutes. And higher.
There was no Solyanka soup available. The frying pan with sausages, brisket and potatoes was, to put it mildly, not very, not quite edible. The husband remained hungry. I took the pancakes with mushroom sauce and they seemed delicious to me.
We do not understand why this very mediocre institution has such a high rating.....
Nice cozy restaurant. We come in every time we visit Mir Castle. It's expensive, but delicious. And it's a pity that the cat that greeted the guests last year, sitting on an outdoor table, has disappeared.
The view of Mir castle is impressive. Otherwise, it's not bad, tasty, and cozy. The prices are normal (many write that it is expensive). A hot dish for 20 rubles, I think, is acceptable
By the time before 18.00, I went with the children to eat at this cafe, whose opening hours are on Sunday until 01.00 at night, they refused to serve us, since the kitchen was allegedly already closing and offered the bar menu, for a moment, to the children. As a matter of principle, I will not leave this issue like this, you can't eat there 5 hours before the cafe closes. Let's turn to MARCH for an explanation of the situation with the work of catering in the city of Mir and this cafe, in particular.
We were here on a weekday, there were few visitors. The guys served perfectly, made delicious coffee! I recommend the place. And a great view right on Mir Castle
We had dinner after 18.00. It was brought relatively quickly. Frying pan, draniki, solyanka, caesar with fish - everything is standard, closer to delicious.
And and how do I think
- overprice for such food.
The cafe is just a bomb, the menu of national cuisine, the dishes are all delicious, the prices are adequate, the staff is kind and responsive. I recommend it!
We had a great trip to Mir Castle! The exposition is somewhat reminiscent of Nesvizh (after all, the owners are the same). Everything is restored, clean. They even climbed into the tower, which they regretted the next day.
There is a summer playground with a canopy, a balcony of 2 floors with tables. Wonderful view of the castle! Minsk snack - fire (includes 5 types of local tinctures, sea buckthorn and horseradish are especially good - the set can be changed at the request of the client ;)). Pancakes with a sponge and with onions & brisket are good! Pleasant service)…
A great cafe next to the Mir Castle. There are not many people, there are views of the castle from the cafe. The menu is not very diverse, but everything must be eaten. They cook with fervor from the heat, very tasty. The price tag is moderate. I'll come again.
On weekends, it is almost impossible to find a free place from the street, booking helps (at this time you can take a walk in the park). The order was accepted quickly, the service was polite. The food is fine. Of all the establishments in the town, this place is preferred first of all.
Inexpensive high-quality kitchen. There is a large veranda, a children's swing, a barbecue and a wide balcony on the 2nd floor. View of the Mir Castle.
We went to Mir Castle. The cafe is located nearby. The menu is quite decent. Delicious pancakes. The coffee is certainly so-so. We took a hot plate, everyone liked it. A little dirty
An atmospheric cafe near the castle. There is an open veranda, it is nice to sit on a sunny day, looking at the castle. The prices are average , lower than in the castle . A delicious dish in a frying pan . Tea in a teapot for 3 rubles is also excellent.
Cozy cafe, wonderful delicious breakfasts. The prices are slightly lower than in the restaurant in the castle itself. You can also have dinner, everything is very tasty, but it seems that the kitchen is open only until 21.00, after which only the bar menu and desserts.
The fortress is in perfect condition. A lot of antique weapons. There is a room with luxury. The big and infirm need to buy a ticket without towers. The stairs are very steep, narrow and with high steps all the way to the top. Children and teenagers are delighted. The views from the towers are wonderful. There is a place to wander, dream and what to see. Definitely, I recommend it.
The chicken soup was very salty, somehow I forced myself to eat at least half a plate. This is not only my opinion, other tourists also noted this fact. We were very late and asked to bring the bill, we waited for this bill for 20 minutes, while reminding ourselves every 5 minutes. Because of this, they arrived in Nesvizh late and had to run to make it to the ticket office before closing. If I hadn't gone to complain, we would probably have been discharged in half an hour. The serving of the dishes is also very long, although we specially ordered simple dishes without frills - soup and pancakes. And this is on a weekday!
The restaurant is 4, but the kitchen is 6.
The place is gorgeous, there is a summer veranda. The interior is so-so, the payment is at the bar. The waiters don't want tips at all, they need to be caught. Absolutely not interested. Students, apparently.
But I'm ready to forgive everything, because pancakes with a sponge are just a flask break. In my opinion, the best pancakes are from Minsk to Brest!
We were there at 19 o'clock, we were alone. They were served quickly, but with a dissatisfied face. The portions are large, the food is delicious. They asked about breakfast, they showed us the menu and the opening time of the cafe. But when we came in the morning, we heard "we have a special.service, we do not feed." That's such a bummer. There is a cashless payment. We had breakfast at the castle. More expensive, but very tasty.
The food is a dump of the head, very tasty🤤
There are few tables on the ground floor, but there is a second floor and a veranda) Convenient location, opposite the castle. Interesting cold drinks based on black coffee,
We were around 16 o'clock on a weekday. 2 adults, 3 children.
At the entrance, the waiter warned that you should wait at least 40 minutes. Strangely, there weren't many people.
We ordered chicken soup, hodgepodge, frying pans, pancakes with salmon, lemonade, tea.
I didn't like the pancakes. In general, the portions are very small.
I liked the soups and pans.
Clear.
In my opinion, it is expensive for such a price/quality ratio.
There is only one toilet, which always has a queue (even if you just wash your hands)
The food is quite tasty, while the staff's attitude is absolutely boorish. We were with the children, we immediately asked how long the order would be prepared, whether our large company would be able to serve, we were given an adequate time, they said everything would be fine, then they exceeded the cooking time by three times. When the children got tired and started acting up, we said that we were not ready to wait any longer, the waitress almost yelled at us, saying that they had a heavy workload, and we should understand this. At the same time, the order was given 30 seconds after the scandal. They ruined the whole impression.
A cafe in a beautiful place .This is a plus. Further cons- the staff does not fit themselves, they ordered only soups at lunchtime (i.e. soups are ready)We waited for 30 minutes, During which time we served three tables that came after us. We approached the waiter and it turned out that they had forgotten about our table. I had to leave, but they apologized, so I don't write anything about the kitchen
The best cafe I've been to. Delicious ice cream, matcha, pancakes with a village and more are on sale. And in general, everything is delicious. Come there the perfect staff.
It's a good place, considering that there are practically no such places in the World. You can not count on them for breakfast, because they said that only the bar works on the sutra. And you can eat only after 14.00. The view is undoubtedly beautiful. There is a small playground for children in the backyard.
Unfortunately, in this institution they did not bring me a ready-made chicken, there was just a raw part of the fillet. It's a pity that the waiter didn't even really know how to behave, although she offered a substitute dish. But we had no time to wait for the order again. Friends were much more lucky with the dishes, everyone liked the quality of the food, the portions were large. The latte is also very tasty and even brought with cookies. As an apology for the unfinished dish, they offered a 5% discount.
Very slow service. There are no questions about the kitchen, it is very tasty👍🏻
The only thing that let me down is that the waiters don't often come up.
They asked to bring bread, along with food and drinks.
The drinks were brought after the meal, after they had eaten, but the bread was not brought.
Not bad, beautiful, stylish, delicious. The choice of dishes is not large, but the portions are huge. It was too much for a child. I liked it! The main thing is that we personally liked the lunch.
We haven't been to the hotel. We stopped by for 2 hours passing through... The heat was outside, it was just death inside... Everyone is sweating, people stink, crawling up the stairs is fun, of course, but not in this weather. It seems to me that it is expensive for what I saw... A special disadvantage is the paid toilet (as it seems to me - this is the last century), although the Mir Castle was built even earlier))))
Meal. Their signature salad pulled the score by 2. Otherwise, he put a stake. It's hotter. Guys, I understand that everything is prepared in advance. Then they get dirty. But. But. Chicken breast with tomato and cheese. Cheese is harder than brisket. Roast pork. Yes, it was boiled, frozen, and then slightly fried. Some kind of mashed potatoes. Dessert. They didn't bring it to everyone. I had to wait for them to bring what they forgot
