Many thanks to Roman Remezov. I suffered from pain in my right knee for a year. The doctor, after looking at the MRI scan, almost immediately diagnosed the syndrome of the mediapatelic fold of the right knee joint. He said it was a rare case and ordered an operation. We'll have to wait another year for elective surgery in the clinic!
Just a month after taking it, my left knee started to hurt similarly.
I didn't want to wait a year, but my knees kept hurting. Thus, I got an already paid consultation with Alexey V. Savchuk, a man with extensive experience (12 years) and a high position. He casually and categorically rejected the diagnosis of his younger colleague Roman Remezov, saying that he had little experience and was wrong. He refused to perform the operation, and did not make a diagnosis. He threatened me that it would get worse after the operation. While I was upset and lost, he persistently offered me PRP therapy, assuring me that it would help me. It costs a lot of money, the effect lasted 2 weeks, and after that the knees began to hurt even more. It's a pity that despite the diagnosis, I continued to suffer.
Half a year later, another specialist in a private clinic re-diagnosed the syndrome of the mediapatelic fold on both sides. He is being treated with surgery. The diagnosis was confirmed.

The impression was spoiled by the doctor who did the X-ray. She spoke to me very rudely. Although I work with people myself, and I understand that you can get tired of all sorts of inadequacies, I do not allow myself rudeness with people. I communicated with all the doctors respectfully. But when I asked if I needed to remove the jewelry from my hand, whether it would prevent me from performing a high-quality X-ray (how would I, not a medic, know this), the doctor simply ignored me, and when I asked again, she rudely, in raised tones, answered me "put your hand down"... I do not know the name of this woman, but I really hope that she will reconsider her behavior and pay attention to how politely and professionally her colleagues work.
In general, this is not my first time in this hospital and everything has always been great. I have also received very positive feedback from my friends more than once, especially about the department of gynecology and obstetrics

After about a month they were put into rehabilitation, which is great, but they could just give advice on how to rehabilitate themselves at home. My assessment: from the surgery to the hospital, everything is very good. Doctors, staff and nurses - thank you all very much for the high-quality work and knowledge of their business. As a result, it was decided to operate (dislocation of the Lisfrank joint and fracture of the sphenoid bone). The surgeon operated on behalf of God Makeenko Andrey Valentinovich. Six spokes were inserted to fix the three bones of the joint. Five weeks in a cast after surgery, the spokes were removed and two more weeks of plaster. A month of physical therapy in the 19th polyclinic with an excellent specialist Alexandra Olegovna and I was able to go to work, given the fact that physical labor is my main activity.
