I want to tell everyone about the dishonesty of MobilGuru stores.by and Megamir.by (in fact, it is the same store).
So I decided to order a Xiaomi 14 smartphone on 18.10.24 and, without reading the reviews, contacted the mobilguru store. They told me that the phone would be delivered to my city the next day on the evening of 19.10.24, so I agreed. Since they will be delivered the next day, then I thought to play it safe and order another smartphone of the same kind, only a little later, in case there is a marriage in the first one (and in this model there are often marriages, then the matrix is in black spots, then the cameras fog up from the inside, in general 4pda and YouTube to help anyone interested to find out about this model). Next, I made an order for Sunday at the store Megamir.by By the way, another seller answered the call (well, of course, these are supposedly different stores), who with an imperfectly adequate speech and approach to the buyer began to talk my teeth, well, okay, listen further ...
The next day, at about 15:00, he calls me "the courier" and said that he would be at the bus station at about 19:00 and that I would drive up for a smartphone, to which I replied that we had agreed with the store that the phone would be delivered to the specified house (which courier would drive so late, also to the bus station? Well, of course it turned out to be an ordinary minibus), to which this kind of courier agreed with me and said that he would arrive as early as 21:00 (he would have arrived at 00:00). At exactly 21:00, the driver calls me and tells me to go out for a smartphone. Since I was on a business trip that day, I gave the money in advance to my friend who lives at the delivery address so that I could go out for a smart phone. I call my friend and tell him to get out, the driver has arrived. Then, literally 5 minutes later, a friend dials me and says the following: - I went up to the Mogilev-Chausy minibus, open the passenger door, ask the driver if he brought the phone, to which he replies that he and then adds to pay for the goods immediately. To which my friend said that first he should see the smartphone and check it for performance, and the driver again tells him to pay first and does not even show the product. Well, my friend immediately realized that these were ordinary crooks, closed the door and went home.
To be honest, I was not completely surprised by this, because I had suspicions that these were scammers as soon as I found out that not a courier would arrive, but a minibus driver and by the behavior of the seller, who, by the way, also tried to cram protective glasses into me for some reason during a conversation and flash drives.
Well, then even more interesting, they started calling my number en masse from four numbers, there were a lot of incoming calls and I immediately realized that these dishonest merchants were calling me in a rage, because they failed to sell most likely a defective smart. Answering one of the numbers, immediately from the start I heard the discontent of the very dishonest seller who was supposed to deliver the smartphone on Sunday, ahahahah, who began to talk fiercely to me. He asks why they didn't pay for the phone? I say, why didn't they give you a smartphone to check first? To which he answers me that first you need to pay the driver, then the driver will give you a smartphone and you can check ahahahah what a naive bred. I tell him that first the product is inspected and checked for operability, and then it is paid if no defect is found, to which he replies to me that what if I broke my smartphone and left. To which I reply that you have my number, then you would have called the police if that were the case. Next, he started talking to me, saying that no one would do this, after which he began to squeal in my ear (the person clearly has deviations), to which I said that I refuse tomorrow's goods, goodbye. By the way, I recorded the call, I will save the recording of the conversation with this inadequate person just in case, there is also a video from the camera from the entrance, where the minibus car is visible, let it be too, he is clearly at one with the store because he shouted something after my friend.
Further, having blocked all 4 numbers from which they called me non-stop, the seller either drove minibuses to Viber himself sent me a message with the following content: - You're worse than a woman. Ahah, I still didn't understand what it meant, but that's not the point, but how they treat customers and why haven't they been checked by law enforcement officers yet? I am more than sure that there are many interesting things to be found among these dealers. In general, be careful not to order anything from these dealers. In three years, I have already bought 5 devices for myself and my family. About the quality, I can say this: the devices still work, except in cases where a fall from a height turned out to be fatal. One device was malfunctioning, but it was a sore of a specific model of phones, which was simply treated.
They write different things about the seller, but personally I have never had any misunderstandings with him. He explains and tells everything, patiently repeats if he did not understand something right away. And about the fact that it offers charging glasses and cases in addition... So coffee and a hot dog are also offered at the gas station all the time. For me, on the contrary, this is a plus, because I can't remember everything myself at once, and then there is nowhere to buy a suitable phone for the purchased one.
The speed of delivery is a separate level. If you live in some town where there is a shuttle bus and regular flights - a song! If you order in the morning, then on the same day, with a favorable combination of circumstances, you can already hold the device in your hands in the evening, but what about those who do not have such an opportunity, alas, I do not know what to do with efficiency.
I can't say anything about guarantees, since, fortunately, I have not encountered the need for such actions.
