Не то что раньше, приезжал за запчастями на гаражи или ангары, где каждый второй продавец вел себя как король с максимальным уровнем пафоса и кретинизма.
Тут же все аккуратно, культурно, есть место отдыха, электронная очередь, туалет. В общем приятно совершать покупки, + все официально. Из мелких недостатков можно отметить время ожидания.
Советую никогда в жизни не обращаться в данную компанию. Оценка 0. В моем случае обратился по замене двигателя. Выбрал с менеджером контрактный двигатель, вроде всё ок. Сказали что если буду менять на их сто, то будет расширенная гарантия на 2 месяца. Думаю хорошо. И вот час икс настал. Пригнал машину и оставил, сказали замена займёт 3 дня, может чуть больше, итог почти месяц не могли поменять двигатель. В конце-концов замену осилили и я приехал за машиной. Завели вроде всё ок, говорю где мой старый двигатель хочу забрать и мне вывозят мой двигатель полностью разобранный, сняты все шкивы, ремни, топливная рамка и т.д. Говорю, что это такое и где от него запчасти. Ответ меня поразил- У нас если что-то не подходит мы снимаем с вашего двигателя и ставим на контрактный и это всё происходит без вашего согласия. Ну ладно думаю, главное чтобы с новым всё было хорошо. Говорю давайте тогда снятые с контрактного двигателя запчасти и мне вынесли коробку, говорят всё в коробке. Машину я забирал вечером после работы и сделал фатальную ошибку, что не посмотрел что лежит в этой коробке. На следующий день начал разбирать коробку и обнаружил что кроме фильтров ремня и пары патрубков ничего нет. Позвонил на сто, мне сказали, что смена которая меняла двигатель на выходном, нужно набрать через три дня. Прошло три дня, набираю и мне говорят, что да мы забыли вам отдать ещё одну коробку где лежат все запчасти. Чтобы мне не кататься к ним в Минск, а я живу не в Минске, я приеду на замену масла через 2000 тыс. км. всё отдадут. За это время начались проблемы машина то заводится нормально, то невозможно завести, пропадает тяга, поджирает масло, и при откручивании масло заливной горловины идут сильнейшие газы, что колесо можно накачать. Проехал 2000 тыс. звоню и говорю мол так и так. В ответ сказали что, человек который нас принимал на ремонт в отпуске. По итогу договорились что меня примет другой человек. Пригоняю машину и опять на долгое время про неё забываю, делали вид, что что-то делали. Опять настал час икс забирать. Приехал, машина стоит на улице. Говорю мне там запчасти бы забрать которые не отдали. Вынесли коробку я на месте посмотрел, а запчасти не все. Говорю где остальные, на что отвечают- выйдет с отпуска человек который принимал машину найдет и отдаст, по итогу запчасти так и не отдали. Сказали нужно было сразу смотреть. Вообщем забираю машину, а проблемы не решены всё те же. Пригоняю обратно и оставляю. Неделя машина находилась на сто. Звонят и говорят, мол пока машина у нас всё отлично работает. Я приехал и мне говорят если вас не устраивает что-то вы можете найти в Минске сто туда съездить взять бумагу, что что-то не так потом приехать обратно и будем решать, сами мы устранить эти проблемы не можем. Говорю по договору если вы не можете устранить проблемы есть вариант замены мотора. И пошел я в отдел продаж. Там рассказал ситуацию, ребята которые сидят согласились что тут требуется замена. Подобрали новый мотор и договорились когда пригонять машину на замену. На следующий день звонок, что в замене отказано, мол нужны видео доказательства, что машина не заводится и работает в аварийном режиме. Неделю снимал и отсылал видео проблемы. ИТОГ: Человек который отказал в замене резко куда-то уехал и без его согласия никто менять не будет. Так и сроки гарантии сошли. Теперь имею машину с проблемами, мой разобранный двигатель, и минус около 8000 бел. руб. За замену двигателя. НАРОД ОБХОДИТЕ СТОРОНОЙ ЭТУ ФИРМУ!!!! Больше к вам не обращусь никогда в жизни. Всего хорошего!!!!!
