The guys are friendly, but they're awfully slow. It is very difficult to do everything online, if you apply for some kind of service, keep in mind that you need to invest a lot of time. I sat for 1 service for 1.5 hours, I was late for all further meetings.
I visit quite often, in order to solve credit card issues, I have to wait in line for a very long time, and they still do not fully explain the information, it seems that the employees themselves do not know the product well.
