Terrible conditions for issuing bank cards.
1. You arrive to issue a card - an hour and a half in line + registration.
2. You arrive to pick up the card - an hour and a half in the queue + issue.
There is no way to send the card by mail.
There is no separate "issuing bank cards" item in the terminal, so the customer who just needs to pick up the card is waiting for a long card processing process for everyone who clicked "bank cards" in front of him in the electronic queue.
I came for the card 3 times, but because of the queues I always had to postpone it.
It is sad that a process that takes absolutely no time at another bank causes such a problem at MTBank.

But the most shocking thing was the commission on the loan of 1400 BYN, allegedly this includes a package of banking services. You take one amount, and you'll owe another. Okay, if it had been said at the beginning, or indicated on the website, but no, I found out about all this at the very end of the application. I advise you to avoid and not waste your time.

Moreover, the employees coldly reply that they are aware. My request to send Halva cards by mail in order to avoid crowding and re-entering the department (2 times an hour is a tin nowadays) was received with the words "Oh, if only everything in life was so simple." Also pay attention to the standards and appearance of employees - nails of huge length with some shells on them are unacceptable when working with clients (09/13/2023 8th place).
