This is not the main thing - the specialists of this office, in addition to professionalism, are wonderful and responsive guys who helped both with the choice of a gift and with advice - the consultant girls really helped out when I came to a dead end with the difficult nature of my girlfriend) and explanations that were inaccessible to my male consciousness and understanding.
