I decided to go to the store on my own. The seller in the shopping center itself said that he would probably come in 5 days. As a result, 5 more days pass and there is nothing. I decided to order on OZ, because this store is just terrible.
I periodically buy books on psychology, socionics, style, and health... I'm not in a hurry (I don't need it urgently) and calmly wait for what I ordered, even for weeks. I understand that you can't wait for what has been published for a long time-books, alas, sometimes end up in publishing houses. I really like to look at the markdown on the site... I prefer paper literature rather than audio and screen books, and the convenient location of Kupalovsky allows you to go in and flip through the pages. The eyes run away from the choice and content- high-quality literature!

It's a nice shop. Very competent sellers: they have complete information about all the books that are in the store. In turn, the selection of books in this store is quite large and for different tastes. If the necessary book is not available, sellers will accept it on order. Upon arrival of the order, you will be politely informed by phone about the arrival of the order. The prices are a little big but acceptable, as, in principle, everywhere for books. The situation is the same as for some at the bottom - the order is made, the promise of order confirmation is in the message in the mail, in fact - a week after placing the order, no one contacted, of course, nothing was sent. I called myself - "I think we sent you a message that the books are not available," I answer, they say no, they were not sent, and even on the site you still have them, the answer is "we did not have time to update". I informed them that I would order on another site, wished them all the best and hung up. Well, really, why would a business make money?)

A couple of days later, I call back again, and they tell me that they sent me an email supposedly informing me that this book is not available again and it will be on Saturday. I don't have any letters or a book, and I never had one. My head is full of mats and insults against this store. It is better to overpay and get a decent service! I do not recommend this store!!!

I immediately refused to pay for part of the order (what was available), I decided to think about sending it by mail.They didn't send it. There was a call from the store and they demanded payment in a boorish form. To my answer, we did not conclude any contract, I did not receive the goods and did not make payment. The phone was hung up. I don't recommend it. There are excellent other shops and books available.
I ordered the book in February and arrived on March 13. She came all scratched and dirty. The book was supposed to be a gift. When I contacted the store, they said - sorry, but this is the last copy from the warehouse. The question is, why wasn't I warned?? So that I can decide to wait or look elsewhere!
