And somehow I didn't pay attention either, because I was looking at more complicated things. As a result: one tripod was broken, not only did I not use it, but even when I handed it over, the question arose that I might have to pay for repairs😡

I was selling my camera, the buyer wanted to check the camera and we went to this place. Where the "Master" took the camera, said that you would be ready in 30 minutes, asked to leave a number, which he would dial when he was done.
In an hour! Without waiting for the call, the buyer and I returned.
And then I find out that this "Master", without asking, without any notification, formatted the memory card. There was no limit to my shock, as it contained all my work for the last week, several VERY important shots. This "Master" saw that the flash drive was almost completely full, but ignored any instructions and formatted it. Attempts to recover the information were unsuccessful. So thanks to such a "Master" I lost money and a week of my work! I really do not recommend contacting here

Booking per day per month is available - very convenient, no need to worry about availability, everything can be done in advance. There is always a friendly staff who is well versed in technology and will always help with the choice. The prices are reasonable. There is a delivery. Various promotions are held. With constant cooperation, very good discounts. To sum up: a stable organization with high quality service, adequate prices and a huge assortment for both a simple photographer and filming groups.

Therefore, the manager and I (I wish him more personal situations like this, so that he feels what it is on his skin) agreed that we would pick it up on the wedding day, when the documents are in hand. Unable to pick up the camera in a wedding dress, the husband followed him (who did not know all the nuances of renting different polaroids). He was given an Instax mini (knowledgeable people will understand the significant difference between the mini and the SQ20), referring to the fact that our model is not available. Since there was no opportunity and no time to travel to other organizations, he took it away. As a result, we got a camera with an almost empty battery, which we could not fully use because it was constantly on charge, and a half-hour charge was enough for 1 photo. Special attention should be paid to the competence of the staff, who, when booking, not only confirms the price information from the website, but himself reminds that for new customers there is a 50 percent discount on rental for this equipment, but in fact they give it at full cost, saying that there is no discount and could not be. There were always very pleasant impressions after the visit. I've been here on average once a week for the last six months. Lately, they have become rude and arrogant. If you are interested in something, the administrator may have a sunset. Sometimes only one of the 4-5 racks works. Or on the second, they're just talking on the phone, laughing. This is clearly not a friendly relationship with a client on the phone, (hopefully) more like with friends. In general, the rental is convenient, there is a lot of equipment, but I would like a bigger choice.

Thanks for the outbursts, we helped out at the conference, but it's bad that there is a big chain of information clarification, it's better for the client to fill out all this nonsense on the site, rather than dragging documents with him across the city. But it's good that this tin was once.
