We rested for the first time, I liked it in general, I recommend it, but there were a few buts...
Pros: friendly staff, nice and large room, clean, cleaned every day, good location, own Parking, asked to reschedule the check-in, rescheduled without problems close to the date.
Cons: the room is without a split, in the summer they opened the window before going to bed, and then they heard the rattling of compressors all night, pipes from the kitchen, periodically the smell also came from the kitchen, all this turned out to be very close to the windows of our room. We were not ready for this, for all the time of our travels, we had never met such a thing. You need to warn about this or put splits in such rooms so that you can at least close the window and not suffocate.
In general, I couldn't get enough sleep for all the days ((
There was no water cooler on the floor, it was very lacking in summer.
Bottom line, if I'm going to be in Nesvizh again, I would stop, but I would already clarify all the nuances.
Nice new hotel "Nesvizh". We stayed here for 2 days in a suite with breakfast. Clean, cozy, expensive. For this price, we could add bottled water to the room, or put a cooler in the hallway on the floor, offer guests a kettle with tea bags, coffee and make breakfast according to the buffet system, rather than a custom menu, although the hotel liked the kitchen in the cafe. We had lunch in different places of the city, but we didn't find anything tastier than here. Thanks to the cook and staff for the service. In general, for my taste, this is the best hotel and cafe in this nice, cozy town. I recommend it if you are not confused by the price.
A nice new hotel in the heart of the city within walking distance of the main attractions. There is its own closed Parking and cafe. We lived in a huge two-room Family room. There is a TV in every room. There are 3 single beds in one room, and a large double bed in the second. High-quality bed linen. A good view from the window of the main room, a full-length window. There are many grocery stores nearby. There is a cinema. Of the cons: there is no refrigerator and kettle. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this level.
Ideally located, right in the city center behind the town hall. Close to the castle. The rooms are clean, well renovated, comfortable furniture. The Town hall clock chimes a little every 15 minutes, but the noise insulation in the suites is excellent. The staff behaves a little strangely, misleads willy or unwittingly, imposes services, such as saying that there is no breakfast in the city except for their cafes, although there are plenty of excellent cafes nearby, opening from 9:00. You need to be careful when booking, for example, we forgot to check out late. But, in general, the price-quality ratio is good
Overall, the hotel is not bad. We had a two-room suite.
Of the advantages:
-Clean
- Everything is working properly
- stunning view of the town hall
- delicious breakfasts
Of the cons:
- There were three of us, the third was not given a slipper and a bathrobe.
- the gate for the car is opened by the girls at the reception, if she left, you stand like a fool and press the button😁
- and of course , the pace of service in the restaurant in the evening is very different from Moscow 😁 we asked for bread and in the end , after 20 minutes , I went to get it myself
Overall, the impressions are good and we would like to live there again
A pleasant hotel. The location couldn't be better.Quick check-in, spacious rooms, fresh bed linen, clean and tidy , furniture and repairs are not shabby.
The breakfasts correspond to a three-star hotel.
What is unclear and unpleasant :
1. There is no refrigerator in the room.
2. Bottles of water in the room are good, But where is the kettle? A service for him? Tea and coffee bags?
Make options in the hallways but that's not there either.
3. I am silent about air conditioners, probably not the most important thing.
4. Why is there no water at the reception with disposable glasses.
5. Bicycles for rent is a great idea, but the seats on all bicycles are loose and shaking - it is impossible to ride.
It's a strange place, to put it mildly. It is located right in the city center, a five-minute walk from Nesvizh Castle. Its own Parking, which is very convenient for guests, a spacious clean hall, friendly young ladies at the reception.
But it is unclear why huge rooms with some kind of headsets of incomprehensible purpose, the same huge toilet where you can give balls. And at the same time there are no conduits in the rooms, which now looks wild. So little of this, of the two windows in the room, one is locked with a key - they treat it at the reception for safety reasons, but apparently out of savings on mosquito nets (because it was missing from the locked window), pm in hot weather in the room on the sunny side when we were, just a shower stall and an open window did not it does not save at all.
The bed is comfortable, but we also saved on all sorts of hygiene items by throwing a few bags of shampoo and leaving shower gel in a plastic bottle from under the water)))
The absence of a refrigerator with a mini-bar and a normal air conditioning system (the general house is ineffective) raises questions about getting three stars))) although the administration here tells in the answers that everything corresponds to them, but this is not the case
Only positive impressions from staying at the Nesvizh hotel 🤗 Starting from the girls at the reception - very nice, polite, professional 🥰 Ending with the living conditions - the rooms are in good condition, cozy, quiet, clean, comfortable. The hotel is located three steps from the Town Hall and four steps from Nesvizh Castle, everything is nearby! I recommend 🤗
An excellent hotel - relative to the rooms. Beautiful spacious room, very wide non-standard beds, the presence of an elevator. Perfect cleanliness, mosquito netting on the window (and there it is very important!). Everything you need, except for the kettle, is available. The location is right in front of the Town Hall, the very center. Now about the work of administrators (and there are obvious problems with this). As soon as we crossed the threshold, the chewing receptionist with her mouth full told us: "Are you like that? But I won't check you in, wait for 14." I have no complaints about the essence, everything is according to the rules, the hotel is full, but meeting guests in this form just drops the level of this hotel. The second trash is about breakfast. At the hotel, you usually need to order 1 of 4 options in the evening and specify the time at which we will arrive. We were warned that if there were a lot of people, there would be a buffet. This was not known until late in the evening. In the morning, we waited until our appointed breakfast time (9.15), and when we came down, they told us that there was a buffet, not a menu. When we went in for breakfast, there was NOTHING THERE ANYMORE, everything was eaten! Funnily enough, even the boiling water for tea has run out! I guess I should call the customers about the buffet, no? People come at a certain time, knowing that they will have a hot breakfast (which they chose the day before), but they receive empty food trays, and they do not make the dishes that they have on the menu at all for a buffet! As a result, there were only pancakes left. And this, for a second, costs 25 Belarusian rubles! Unfortunately, there is nowhere else to have breakfast in the area. And the last "wonderful" episode with this hotel is the transfer we ordered from the railway station of Gorodei. Afraid not to find a taxi in this meager settlement, we ordered a transfer from the hotel, paying in advance for it... 80 rubles. The taxi driver, asking how much we paid, almost lost control, he was just furious: they pay him 15 rubles out of this. How many times has the hotel raised the price? Comments are unnecessary.
The hotel made a very positive impression! Cozy, clean. The rooms are spacious and new. We were in October, so the lack of air conditioning did not bother, the room was warm. The restaurant is also very nice, the service is very fast, the breakfasts are hearty, the service is beautiful, the staff is polite and friendly! It is located in the city center near the castle. We will definitely come back here again at the first opportunity)
Good day.We stayed at this place when visiting the castle. The hotel is worth the money.Excellent location, parking, staff and breakfast, bed linen, mattress and view from the window.Right on the square with the clock. The coffee is excellent. The room is large. The most stylish lounge and room of all on our trip to Belarus.I definitely recommend it.Lenochka liked it.There would also be a refrigerator, a kettle in the room and a cooler on the floor would be 6. However, there is boiling water at the reception, but it would be more convenient for us tourists. Thanks
In general, it is very good for a place for one night or a transshipment point. Cozy, modern, but there are disadvantages. The first disadvantage is that they do not give out slippers, they are only paid. There is a cold tile in the bathroom, it is very uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning, it is very uncomfortable in hot or cold weather. Okay, when it's hot, you can sleep with the windows open, but we got into a cold snap, it was very uncomfortable. And most importantly, the bathroom is poorly monitored, there is black MOLD around the perimeter of the shower cabin. Guys, take care of your guests, please!
A very nice hotel with cozy, clean, quiet rooms and polite staff, always ready to listen to your comments or suggestions. The hotel has a cafe with very tasty breakfasts, and generally delicious cuisine. I was very pleased with the compliment from the hotel in the form of a bottle of champagne for my birthday. Thank you.
I liked the hotel. The rooms are very clean, large and cozy.
We arrived with a child, we liked the hotel so much that we decided not to go further after visiting the castle, but to stay in it.
The second time we liked it even more, because they also gave extra bedding for the child, which was not the case the first time.
The second time we asked for hot water, we were given a thermos. From this point of view, the policy is not clear, why not put kettles in the rooms.
There are also some questions for the cleaning and room preparation staff. For some reason, an additional place was not prepared for the child on the first night, although it is quite convenient for us, but still, there are 3 guests. The second point is that I forgot to charge my phone and watch. And I only remembered about it when I began to sort things out in the same hotel. One administrator didn't even really want to get into my topic, she looked at something there at home - no, she says, you look at yourself somewhere. The second receptionist called somewhere, asking. Thank her for that. But, alas, my charges were not there. Gone. Well okay. It's a small thing, but not very pleasant. Therefore, I will put the rating lower than I would like
The hotel is quite new and tidy. There are elevators and parking. The staff is not customer-oriented. The rooms are cleaned nominally, for show. Breakfasts can be either a buffet or a choice of 4 options. It depends on the number of residents. At breakfast, the staff is extremely unhurried. If something is over on the buffet, you will have to wait a long time. The amount of food is organized so that there is no excess left. The cost of breakfast is 25 Belarusian rubles. If breakfast was ordered as a set and on time, it can be expected for another 30-30 minutes, while it may be confused. There are no air conditioners or refrigerators. It is difficult to adjust the temperature in the shower cabin. Drinking water in the room only upon check-in. The cooler is only on the 1st floor at the reception. They charge $10 for the loss of the key card.
The room is clean, the location is convenient, there is breakfast if ordered the day before. Breakfast options to choose from. There is parking. The staff is attentive and courteous. I took off the star for the lack of a mini-refrigerator and the issue of ironing. You can only have dinner in the restaurant. There are a lot of tourists for lunch and the wait in the kitchen is about 1 hour. But this is in many establishments of Nyasvizh. (In three)
The hotel is new.
Positive. The very center of the city, very convenient. The room is very spacious. The size of the bathroom is equal to the size of hotel rooms somewhere in Switzerland or France. All German grohe plumbing works perfectly. You don't have to wait half an hour for hot water to run. A spacious bed. The room is clean. Even the Swiss hair dryer in the bathtub is not clear where it was found.
Minuses. Air conditioning, a kettle and a mini fridge are now actually a mandatory attribute even in cheap hotels. They decided to save money for the residents here. One liter kettle at the reception on 5 floors, it's a shame. One air conditioner at the reception on 5 floors is not enough. As a rule, there are vending machines with coffee, water and small items at the reception. Wait here until morning when the coffee opens. 25 rubles for a meager breakfast is a lot.
Great hotel! New, everything is clean and new! Polite staff and good buffet breakfasts. I definitely recommend it as the best in Nesvizh, and possibly in the whole of Belarus. The restaurant at the hotel is also good, the food is very tasty. The only drawback is that there are no slippers in the rooms.
It's a pretty good hotel. It is located in the very center of Nesvizh. The castle and other attractions are just around the corner, everything is within walking distance. Good food in the restaurant. And the menu is moderately varied, and the food is delicious. The service is excellent! The rooms are clean and cozy.It is immediately noticeable that the hotel is aimed at tourists of all stripes. I recommend.
A huge area around the castle, a park with busts, park sculpture. Rich interiors, knowledgeable guides.. ours played the bagpipes and taught everyone the dance of the 14th century . I didn't want to leave. If you want to get around everything, then you need to go on your own. Half a day with a guided tour is not enough.
A pleasant city with an interesting history. The Nesvizh Hotel made a very pleasant impression: clean, tidy, delicious food, friendly staff, Wi-Fi. We rented bicycles. The most pleasant impressions remained.
It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, beautiful, nothing is broken, warm in winter, excellent staff, restaurant on the ground floor. Of the cons, in my personal opinion, because I have traveled abroad many times, there is not enough kettle and tea set and bathroom set (disposable toothbrushes with mini toothpaste and mini soap), not everyone likes to use liquid soap.
The hotel has been renovated. The furniture and everything else is new. It was very nice to stay there. The sound insulation is at a height. BUT there was no refrigerator in the room. Please specify in advance.
The food in the restaurant is hearty. It's very tasty. I really liked the pancakes!!! I am ready to come there again to crunch them and, on the whole, it was nice to stay there. Hotels in Moscow can only envy such a high quality of service and the condition of the rooms!
Keep it up and good luck to you!
A wonderful hotel for a comfortable stay. It is located in the historical center with a view of the Town Hall building. The hotel is new, the rooms are comfortable, everything you need is available, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a cafe in the hotel building, you can order breakfast and a bank if you need to withdraw or exchange currency. It has its own free gated parking. The room is quiet and cozy.
The only drawback is that there is no kettle in the room.
(photo with a view from the room window)
Advantages: Spacious rooms
Mosquito net on the window

Location in relation to the main attractions
Bicycle rental
Not a bad cafe
Water pressure in the shower
Absence of foreign odors in the toilet
The presence of an elevator.
Minuses:
Lack of air conditioning in most rooms
There is no mini fridge in the room.
The sluggishness and slowness of the administrators.
A good hotel, cleanliness in the room, friendly staff, there is a guarded Parking lot, on the ground floor there is a cafe where you can order breakfast, located in the city center, near the beautiful Nesvizh castle with a cozy park
An excellent hotel in the city center next to the castle and opposite the city hall. Fresh renovation, everything is new. The rooms from the main entrance have a beautiful view of the town hall (on the other hand, the view is probably not very good). I lived in a Twin room (two beds were pushed together). The room is very spacious (despite the fact that there is additionally a sofa and a table, there is still half a room), the bathroom is also large with new plumbing, a large sink and a mirror, a shower cabin, a spacious wardrobe, a mirror, a bedside table in the hallway. Everything is clean, new carpet. Comfortable mattresses, a good bed. Good sound insulation of the walls. Of the disadvantages, I can only note the absence of a refrigerator and a kettle. Probably, everything is designed for food in the cafe. I won't say anything about nutrition, I didn't use it. The staff is discreetly polite. It is possible to rent a bicycle inexpensively (5 rubles per hour, 30 rubles per day) for walking in the parks, of which there are many. Overall, everything is fine.
A nice hotel. A spacious room. Friendly staff. Four types of breakfasts are delicious. Beautiful view from the window. Preferably a refrigerator and a tea station in the room, but they were not stated in the description of the room, so there are no complaints.
Huge room, has everything (almost) you need, conveniently located, quite tasty breakfasts. Closed parking on site. Interesting interior design. The only thing missing is a kettle and a tea set in the room. This was especially important for us, as we were on a day off, and all the few catering outlets in Nesvizh were occupied by tour groups.
Great hotel. To say that it is modern is not to say anything! The rooms are clean, cozy, although not large. The city center, near Nesvizh Castle. The hotel has a cafe, a bar, you can order breakfast, or just sit and relax! The staff is polite. I recommend it!
Not a bad hotel. There are no condees in the room. There is water in the cooler on the floor. The room itself is spacious, clean, and has a comfortable bed. The room had a view of the square and the town hall. Nicely. They changed their mind about having breakfast with them, but they could not return the money for breakfast, because they did not save the checks. The last century, some kind of refund on checks when paying with a card.
We took a regular Suite (not premium). Everything is new and clean. Private parking is outside the gate.
The breakfast is not a buffet. Order from the menu: 4 different main dishes to choose from: cheesecakes, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, omelet. In general, it is delicious, but oatmeal porridge is completely sugar-free. Additionally, juice and coffee/tea.
There are no dishes in the room - I had to ask. There is a very pleasant-smelling soap in the toilet.
We ate at the same restaurant in the evening. I got a very forgetful waiter. In general, everything was delicious too.
The best place to stop in this city. They are greeted by friendly girls at the reception who will tell you everything and prompt you. A delicious cafe. The place is 7-10 minutes from the main attraction of this city, Nesvizh Castle!
A wonderful hotel in the center of Nesvizh. The room is spacious, clean, cozy, and the staff is friendly.
The view from the window is simply gorgeous. Nesvizh Castle is within walking distance.
A wonderful hotel, with spacious rooms, freshly renovated, polite staff. The linen and mattresses are of excellent quality, everything is quiet and peaceful. Everything for quality rest and sleep. Nearby is the beautiful Nesvizh Palace and Park complex, and Mir Castle is a 30-minute drive away. Very beautiful places to travel!
Clean, bright, spacious, comfortable rooms. The hotel is centrally located, opposite the town hall and shopping malls. The castle is close. A very pleasant impression of the hotel.
We stayed for 1 night in July on the way to the castles. The hotel itself is new, modern, the standard room is spacious, breakfast for an additional fee (ordered the night before) is normal, but it was not worth the money. But a few nuances spoiled the whole impression. Namely, that the room was given on the 2nd floor above the restaurant and the window is exactly above the air conditioner unit that is CONSTANTLY working. It was hot outside, so the window could not be closed, because there is no air conditioner in the room. We contacted the reception - they replied that there were no available rooms, but when searching on the hotel's website they were displayed - that's how it is? Obviously, it was necessary to move someone there, but I didn't want to swear and spoil the mood at night and had to sleep in earplugs! And, even if there were 2 windows in the room, the far one did not open (I wanted to somehow distance the noise, because the opening window was right by the bed!), they could not help with this issue at the reception. In general, the case is when the hotel seems to be good, but I do not want to go back there and do not recommend it because of the lack of flexibility, the desire to help and improve the stay of guests, well, the deception that there are no rooms.
In general, the hotel is normal. Solid three stars by European standards.
Rooms were taken 2 pcs. standard.
Positive:
- Clean, modern, fresh (except for one misunderstanding).
- Good mattresses, linen, towels. Two blankets for one large double bed.
-The room area is larger than usual;
- There is an additional full-fledged folding sofa.
-Its own closed Parking for 20-25 cars.
Cons:
- Breakfast (not included in the price). Pre-order in the evening. Check the boxes on the standard letterhead if you want. The time is from 8 to 10 am. But they ask you to specify the time of arrival.
Menu:
Glass of juice (orange or apple)+sausage slicing 2-3 pcs.+ cheese slicing 2 pcs. + a cube of butter and two pieces of toast bread.
To this you can get 4 options of dishes to choose from:
- cheesecakes 4 pcs.
- scrambled eggs with sausages, vegetables and a piece of bread;
- just scrambled eggs;
- some more nonsense like oatmeal (I don't remember);
- a cup of tea or coffee to choose from.
End.
Neither cookies, nor cupcakes, nor even a spoon from under the jam is not allowed to lick :((((
The price of breakfast is 20 rubles.
There is nowhere to "escape" from this "diversity". There are a lot of street establishments in the town, and there are only two breakfasts, one of which is just coffee to take away.
- There is no kettle in the room, but you can hire it at the reception. And there ....buy!!! tea bags :)))
- A squadron of the Belarusian Black Sea Fleet left by someone was found in the toilet bowl :))) with the corresponding dukhan.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the renovation is good. Our breakfasts were paid separately for 25 b.r. per person), everything was satisfying and delicious. The location in the city center is very convenient, all restaurants and attractions of the city can be easily reached on foot from the hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot and there are several free public parking lots nearby.
Nice hotel, good location. The rooms are nice and clean. The correct location of the air conditioners (does not blow directly at you). The only drawback is there are no curtains, blinds on the dormer windows. Delicious breakfast in the hotel restaurant, only there is no cocoa for children. Please add it to the menu ;)
A stunning hotel in the center of Nesvizh overlooking the central square. The staff is very pleasant. Secure free parking. No complaints. A hotel where you want to return.
Lovely large rooms, very good delicious varied breakfast
It was July 24, 2024 on plus 28 street, the room was stuffy, the door was slightly open. But we hardly slept at night because of the heat and stuffiness, and air conditioning is not provided in these huge rooms.
I really liked the hotel. Beautiful administrators. Comfort and coziness in the lobby and room. And the beds are like at home, we slept like in childhood. The bed linen is so pleasant to the body! The bathroom is clean. We recommend it to everyone!
Quite a good hotel for such a small town. Clean, neat, beautiful. Polite, friendly staff. It is located in the central part of the city with good views within walking distance of the main beauties of the city. There is a parking lot. Delicious Belarusian food in the restaurant.
Clean, beautiful, spacious rooms. Good mattresses and linen. The rooms overlooking the town Hall are very atmospheric.
There is no air conditioning, it is stuffy in the heat. There is no refrigerator and kettle in the room.
A beautiful, quiet city. There is something to see. The castle, the town hall, there is a museum, a church and many more interesting things I will not write better to see. People are friendly, they will tell you. Taxi drivers of the Commander company, guys respect everyone. I wish we had them in Moscow. It's a pity, but we can get one taxi driver for 20-30.
Overall, the impressions are positive! Nice room, secure parking. There was no kettle in the room. Breakfasts at the hotel are expensive! There are no alternatives - all cafes in the city start working no earlier than 10 a.m.
The room is large, cozy, clean, a special plus for wheelchair accessible equipment in the rooms, the same big plus for design and service, and the hotel and cafe made a good impression. Excellent beer and decent coffee. The location is close to the castle, it is easy to walk and get there, and it is pleasant to walk around.
A beautiful, modern hotel in the city center. Nice, beautiful, spacious rooms. The castle is a 5-minute walk away. There are several cafes and a cinema nearby.
