They keep boorish and arrogant employees at work who allow themselves to be rude and insult regular guests and ordinary visitors. I was faced with systematic rudeness on the part of the bartender Eugene, he told me to my face that he was unpleasant and did not like me, did not hide his dislike and disgust for the guests, there were smiles, sarcasm, irony, just an unacceptable attitude that I encountered for the first time in my life.
After our appeal to the administrator Alexander: he hypocritically nodded and agreed with the unacceptability of the situation, promised to give an answer within a few days and has been silent for several weeks. Next, I left an entry in the book of comments and suggestions, but at the moment I have not received an answer.
