With each visit there, they are getting better and better at organizing their work.
It was very convenient to implement it within the framework of a single consultant window. A lot of issues are being resolved, without the need to participate in the attraction "I'll go in without a queue, I just have to ask."
There are almost no queues, even on weekends the natarians on duty (or lucky).
You can make an appointment at a convenient time.
Everything is tactful, polite, calm. They will tell you where to get what documents. They will explain it as many times as necessary, they will choose the words so that it would be clear.
The registration is fast enough.
It is a pity that there is no complete understanding with other organizations on the subject of who should give the document and which one, which seal to put, you have to "fly" around the city during the transaction and demand to redo the documents right now (if possible, it is better to consult in advance for compliance with the entire package of documents).
It is also a big minus that it is not possible to hang outerwear, provided that they are hot enough.
Again, it would be nice to place a vending machine with tea / coffee / water, or at least water, due to the specifics of the issues being resolved.

An ordinary notary's office, the staff was polite, everything was well explained, the only thing that did not suit was that there was no sanitary unit in such an institution, I had to run around the area looking for it.
