Нотариус отказала в оказании услуги на основании собственного мнения, которое прямо противоречит действующему законодательству. Я так понимаю, человек вовсе не заинтересован в том, чтобы оказывать услуги населению. Лучшее, что можно сделать - написать жалобу в контролирующие органы.

Если вам нужна юридически грамотная оформленная доверенность на представление интересов, то вам ТОЧНО НЕ СЮДА. Здесь вас встретят с пустыми глазами, высокомерием за которым безграмотность и непрофессионализм. На просьбу исправить 30% допущенных ошибок, из-за двери вы услышите Нотариуса: "Пусть идёт куда хочет со своими исправлениями, а у нас всё правильно" ))). Увы, время в этом месте остановилось лет n-двадцать назад.
