Avoid this place if possible with their cosmic prices for services and materials!
There used to be excellent service. But at the last request, I was spoiled by a gaming laptop for 500 thousand tenge.
In December 2022, I needed to clean my laptop and replace the keyboard. I bought the keyboard myself, because they did not have the right model, and according to their order it was + 15 thousand more expensive. After the "repair", I took the laptop and was glad that the keyboard was working, but soon new problems began to appear:
1. After their "branded cleaning" for 25 thousand, the fans began to buzz, and after a couple of months they rattled at all. Other services said that the fan was probably damaged due to improper cleaning. Before that, in 3 years I had no complaints about noise or fan operation.
2. For some reason, the masters decided to adjust the tension of the hinges without my permission, which is why the lid began to hang out and hold the position worse. They argued that it seemed to them that "the lid opens tight", although everything was absolutely fine from the moment of purchase.
3. A large light appeared on the lower edge of the display (just next to the hinge attachment point), which often occurs due to mechanical damage. The screen was in perfect condition, and this is confirmed by a photo taken a week before the repair.
To clarify, the laptop was completely in perfect condition: the screen, the case, and the whole system worked perfectly. The laptop was cleaned of dust every couple of months and went through diagnostics in the services. This is also confirmed by the fact that the masters themselves diagnose, inspect and evaluate the laptop themselves before taking it, that is, they themselves knew perfectly well that the laptop had no damage.
Unfortunately, all this happened right before the New Year holidays, and I was unable to return to the service, and after that I was busy. It turned out that the warranty for all these works is only 3 months (not a year or even half a year, only 3 months!), in total, in March I was already denied a warranty. Without offering a single solution.
And although they said at the time of delivery that they had adjusted the tension of the lid themselves, when I repeated my appeal, they told me that the upper lid was not affected or modified in any way on their part.
Of the important notes:
1. Note that if you contact the service again after six months, they again insist on a new "set of works" for cleaning and replacing thermal paste, thermal pads and thermal rubbers, even if everything is fine with the heating and the system. And if you have a gaming laptop, they will add another 10-15 thousand for "a unique thermal paste with a phase transition." Anyone who works with good thermal materials knows that good thermal pastes can work for up to 5 years, and thermal pads even up to 7 years. Moreover, the “thermal paste with a phase transition” can work for up to 10 years at all. But for some reason, every six months in this service they must be changed for 25 thousand, every time, and without a cleaning and replacement complex, they do not take the device for repair.
2. After providing services, they attach a warranty tag to the back of the laptop, glued over the screws. It turns out that you will not be able to carry out basic cleaning or replacement of other parts yourself without violating the already super-short warranty. Although it would seem like a keyboard replacement now forbids me to open my laptop.
Recently, I decided to contact the service again about one of the fans, which completely began to make noise and interfere. Here are the services I was offered with the amount of work in ≈ 50,000 tenge:
• 25 thousand again for their mandatory “branded cleaning” and replacement of thermal materials, even without first clarifying whether there are problems with heating, with the quality of materials or clarifying when the laptop was cleaned last time.
• 24 thousand for the order and replacement, since they comprehensively replace only both fans at once, although they are not related to each other in any way. On the market, these fans cost 3-5 thousand each.
And for these ≈ 24 thousand, a whole module is offered on the market that includes the entire cooling system with a radiator + fans, but here it is the replacement price only because of one faulty part 5 times more expensive.
• There were no proposals for preliminary diagnostics, checking of fans and bearings, lubrication of elements, immediate replacement for ≈ 50 thousand tenge.
Considering that it was here that my fans were damaged, everything sounds extremely absurd.
I REPEAT, avoid this place if possible with their cosmic prices for services and materials! With minimal warranty and, unfortunately, zero support for regular customers. And I've been using their services for several years.
Wonderful guys, professionals in their field, and also very polite. We urgently needed to clean two laptops, we did everything in the best possible way, earlier than promised and for a very reasonable price. I advise everyone!
I recommend these comrades, they will always tell you, they will do it. The prices are democratic, if it seemed that they were not, then we go do it cheaper and then safely return to this office, redo it and sleep peacefully...
