There were few people on a Saturday morning in the summer, without queues and any waiting. The rooms have comfortable temperatures, and in some areas there is calm relaxing music. The procedure "Cleopatra's Secret for her" was generally very intense and relaxing. But the massage turned out to be as toning and kneading as possible. The wrapping was chocolate, wrapped in foil and heated with an electric blanket. You lie there sweating like a croissant in the oven and get high from the smells. I would like the site to have a more detailed description of what is included in this complex, because it is very interesting and rich. Of the wishes, it is, of course, to update the renovation, furniture. Contact with water does not go unnoticed, as they say. There was an extreme lack of any little things: hooks (! Especially), chairs, so that you don't have to panic where to put what, where to leave what or throw it away. And it is advisable to add navigation signs, and everyone walks in mazes, up stairs and gets confused, asking each other where everything is.

There are no questions about massage, but there are big questions about the condition of the premises and plumbing. During the 50 minutes of massage, some kind of closet creaked twice and the front door was opened twice for some unknown reason, it was impossible to relax. It obviously hasn't been repaired for a long time, the toilet doesn't work, there are problems with the shower in the women's locker room. The water in the pool is cold and muddy. This complex is definitely not luxury!

The spa area is not bad. There are few people during the day on weekdays, you feel like you're on vacation. The Jacuzzi is large, relaxing. The sauna is also good. Well, the pool itself is clean, cool (but not very). You can ask to turn on the massage streams. I really like it!
I was only at 1 spa ritual (for couples). Everything was great too. The girls were neat, gentle and gave a super relaxing massage!
Definitely I will still walk!

I visited this spa on 28.01. on the program "oriental fairy tale"
The pool is quite large, there weren't many people. The receptionist is a very nice girl. The massage girls do is just amazing, they have a separate respect for it.
The only negative thing that didn't suit me was that there was bleach in the jacuzzi. I understand that it is public, but it was uncomfortable for me to be there.
Massage of course then corrected this situation and let you relax)

The worst spa in Minsk. Visitors pour water on the stones in the Finnish SAUNA and no one stops them. But this is not surprising, because apart from the Finnish sauna there is nothing else but a Jacuzzi, in which the tiles fall off and you can get hurt, and a swimming pool that is trying to save the situation. Towels for rent are as thick as a piece of paper, slippers aim to break your head on a tile (which, let me remind you, is falling off or has already fallen off). The staff inside is never on the ground and the orientation of the casemates is provided through signs, which are more likely to confuse than direct. If it's called a Luxury Spa, then it's better to go to the Masherova FOZ or Freestyle, there means Ultra Super Deluxe Premium.

Very small locker rooms where several people can't turn around. Dirty and leaky robes. There was no administrator in the aquazone, there were a couple of water glasses and they ran out on me.
I liked the massage, it is very relaxing. Crunched all my joints 😅 Keep in mind that the hair will also be in oil and it is better to take your own shampoo.
There were few people in the pool on a day off in the afternoon.

I bought an annual Fitness & SPA plan... and never regretted it. It is very comfortable, the administrators are pleasant, they always give fresh towels at the entrance, the atmosphere is cozy, everything is clean and comfortable. The gym is equipped with all the necessary equipment, there are no queues. Sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi...everything is fine, I plan to sign up for a massage soon, everything you need is in one place👍

Good Thai girls the massage was good, but the rest of the staff is noisy, they don't even try to make relaxation out of your relaxation, while I was lying on the massage not how many times some man looked in, tea and coffee are not of the best quality, and the rooms are cold, the locker room is dirty, there is no paper in the toilet.. only the Thai people did their job well and with respect. I clarified everything with the administrator especially before coming there. The answer was "yes, yes, we give everything: bathrobes, towels, slippers, come without anything, yes, yes." As a result, it turned out that the slippers cost 3p (okay without b), but bathrobes and white terry towels are not allowed at all. Only those who have a massage. In total, we were "given" only ordinary thin orange towels, so to speak. And the administrator who initially told me that all this was in the purchased service was not at work that day.
Therefore, I advise everyone to take their own towel with them, in addition to the one issued, because it is terrible and will get wet very quickly, and you will have to wipe yourself completely wet at the end after a shower. Take your bathrobe too, because running up the stairs to the sauna is not particularly pleasant in a swimsuit.
Neither in the hall, nor in the sauna, nor in the pool, there are absolutely no observers, no administrator. Maybe this is a plus to freedom, but it's hardly okay for safety reasons.
Pros: there is free drinking water, a pool of pleasant depth, a hot Jacuzzi, there are separate rooms in the locker room that close to change there. Two toilets, two hair dryers and two sinks. And of course I think that it's still top for its price. Everything is in one place and you can freely run back and forth as you want. And, there are also showers next to the sauna to wash up. It's a class.

The sun beds in the pool are torn, the water cannons were not turned on - or rather turned off with the words "well, you don't need them", although I was standing right next to it, the toilet in the sauna does not work, it is not clear where to run if anything)) A tea ceremony after a massage with tea bags is a so-so pleasure. I went by the gift certificate, there was no one at the reception, I had to wait, then they gave me a bathrobe and towels (not the first freshness with small holes, it could be replaced).
The masseuse just with magic hands, did a very high-quality massage, the girl in the hammam is also a professional in her field, it was very pleasant and comfortable.

It's not the first time we've come here with a girl, everything is fine, the only disadvantage for me is that you can't order food inside, but you're quietly allowed to go to the hotel restaurant. I visited the SPA according to the "Day of Rest" program. The program included a sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and full body massage. I liked everything very much. It was in the morning (around 9.00), there were few people, closer to 11 o'clock the number increased slightly. The water in the pool is comfortable, the Jacuzzi is just super. I was alone in the sauna. Everything is at a high level. The staff is very friendly and courteous. All you had to take with you was a swimsuit, slates and a swimming cap, a bathrobe and a towel are given on the spot. You only need to wear a hat in the pool. I also liked the massage very much, the dimmed lights and relaxing music complemented the massage. The only thing was that I was a little bored by myself. After I dialed several times, she dropped me. Boorish attitude towards the client. The arrogance of the administrator. And this is taking into account the far from cheap price list. A good place to spend a couple of hours on a cream certificate. For 25 rubles you will get a swimming pool (shallow), with my height of 1.83 was shoulder-high, a Jacuzzi and a sauna. There are sun beds and deck chairs. Overall, I liked it. It's better to take your towel, despite the fact that the institution gives out a towel (it smells like it was on the shelf for a very long time). There were no substantive claims or disadvantages. 2 stars purely for a normal massage and a hot jacuzzi. That's it.
The spa is dead. Showers pour anywhere but where they need to. The plums have not been cleaned since the day of foundation and after taking a shower you need to wait another 3 minutes to get out. Otherwise, the water will rush into the locker room.
The robes are yellow, but the receptionist insisted that they were beige and that's how it should be.
Towels with holes. The receptionist said that she couldn't check them all (however, at the beginning, she was just sitting on the phone). But even if it can't, why didn't they at least withdraw ours? Which we brought her with holes, and told her to throw in the general pile.

We visited the SPA, which claims to be one of the most respectable in Belarus.

The overall rating is 5 out of 5 with the hope of a bonus from the Nova Shangrila Spa for not notifying that the hammam is under reconstruction, and the steam room of the second bathhouse accommodates 5-6 people with 25-30 visitors.
The highlight of the Spa is the pool with a glossy ceiling, in which the water is incomparably reflected. The oval shape of the pool is generally chic-squeak!
It should be noted the Jacuzzi, a fairly large capacity for up to 8 people and an unusual mode of operation, powerful bubbling, cold streams around the perimeter for contrast, as well as an interesting discharge of water overboard. You can sit for half an hour, it's so comfortable.
The gym, which overlooks the pool, is available free of charge. There is a bar, machines with free water. The certificate included a tea ceremony, you will be brought directly to the sun beds on a stylish tray.

The worst spa in my life!!! Absolutely everything is disgusting! Service, massage, cold salt, which supposedly scrubs the body, which has not even been in the shower yet! A closed bottle of champagne, like open it yourself and you have to drink it in 20 minutes because it's time!
They said on the phone that they do a body massage for an hour, and another 20 minutes for the head. As a result, 45 minutes of oil strokes and 3 minutes!!!! Just 3 minutes of head massage! It's not cheap! They didn't even open the champagne! They left it to them. Let them drink at our expense and think what a disgusting spa they have. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE😡
