Great app. Many hotels and apartments listed so quiet easy to find suitable hotels. The customer service is very responsive, and you actually talk to a real person instead of an AI. And moreover it was always possible to connect to an English speaking agent! I also liked that it showed in the app the accepted payment method for reserving a booking, i.e. prepay by card or pay on the spot on arrival. Very useful feature especially now when not all cards are working. The only improvement I would wish to see is that the booking payment options are made available already as part of the search mask, as well as whether the hotel has an elevator or not, as this is quite important when you have heavy luggage
