Terrible service! We decided to spend 1 night in a hotel because there is no air conditioning at home. When booking, my husband said that we needed air conditioning and a swimming pool and as a result, we were waiting for an air conditioner that does not cool and a dirty pool with flies and sediment. To my indignation, the manager said that "the pools in the water park are dirty too" (c). I promised him to post these photos so that guests could decide for themselves whether such a pool would suit them and whether it was worth living in this hotel. To which the manager replied that he would call security because I had raised my tone.
As a result, we were refunded the money for the room.
Russian Russians By the way, when my husband (a native Georgian) started communicating with the manager in Georgian, it turned out that the owner had a biased attitude towards Russians and he did not like that I was communicating with him in Russian (I previously clarified with the administrator that it was convenient to speak Russian). 100% of the calls that I had with me were Russian tourists calling to book rooms. Well, know that they think that swimming in such a pool will do for you, and the main thing is that the air conditioner is working at their reception. It was really cool there.
In general, the evening was completely ruined. I was so looking forward to this day to spend it alone with my husband and as a result not only received an unfinished room, but also a *** attitude from the manager.

In general, everything is fine, 4 are definitely there, they forgot the water in the room, they clean up after you hang up the sign, but they haven't asked for the sign yet))). The towels are washed, but with stains, not everything is there. As it is, everything is fine, a little noisy, but he is next to the road, this is normal, he closed the door and could not be heard. The pool on the terrace saves you in extreme heat, it's cool.

A pleasant hotel. Very polite staff (unlike other places) Of course, not without flaws (slightly tired towels and bedspread), but where have you seen the perfect rooms.
